    Thank you for your review.  The directions on how to take the supplements can be found in the Supplement Facts on the product labels.  Some labels have a Peel Here message in the corner where you can find the supplement facts providing the serving size, dose, and directions for use.

    Very disappointed as my last order still has not arrived. yes, it may be the fault of the carrier but they should have followed up with this unfulfilled open order. is this order misplaced? it's been over 10 days and i have to keep following up directly with UPSP. still no confirmation of the delivery date.
