    **mplete failure to communicate. I ordered a bloodtest about 2 weeks ago. I have not recieved anything back from the ** or instructions. I finally em,ailed them and was told to wait for something to come in the mail, still nada.. Horrible experience.

We're showing the lab requisition had been sent via mail on 6/3/2025. Without any delays in the mail, it is expected that you would receive the requisition within 3-5 business days. 

    We show that an email was sent to us on 6/5/2025 and a response was provided later that day. We show another email was sent to us on 6/16/2025 and a response was provided on 6/18/2025. 

    We will have the lab requisition emailed to you today and send a follow up email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

    Very easy to order. Website is quick and accurate. Products excellent. Their magazine is extremely helpful in their explanations of various conditions. I'm very happy with every experience I've had with them. I especially like their Bifido GI Balance. I've taken bifidus for years and this one does what it's supposed to do and it's obvious to me.

    Life Extension's **************** recently replaced an order of mine. The order was for a supplement to alleviate RLS, and was urgently needed.Shipper, ***** left me in a quandary, unable to find the order, or get information about who in my high-rise residence might have it.Life Extension replaced the order free. I'm f charge, PROMPTLY!

    I ordered Lab work, and as always was able to get the best price and the quickest results. I really appreciate that LE explains in detail why that particular lab work is beneficial!!! (always confirming other Drs, etc). The availability of a lab (LabCORP, in my case) is always an added bonus as they are very proficient and easy to schedule. The RESULTS of the labwork is always within 2 days!! This is never the case when I order through another company. I will forever stay with Life Extension for my labs.

    Tried a bottle of the tear support with Maqui berry and got amazing results. I've been battling dry eye for nearly 20 years and this is the first time I've experienced relief. It took several days, but the more I take this supplement the better it gets. I still have moments when I feel the grittiness but it is short-lived. My MD recommended Life Extension products years ago, and I'm so glad that I ordered directly this time. Prices were better and they shipped faster than expected. They have become my go-to for supplements.

    My order shipped on 2/28, has been sitting in ************ for more than a week. We are only 4 hrs from there, could have picked it up several times. Maybe use a different carrier for delivery the **** isnt reliable.
