            I received a call this morning at 10:10 AM EST from Travel Services, phone number: ************ from a Male representative. He started out by asking me about travel plans and unused travel credits with them. When I said that I had none with them and that to please take my number out of their listing - he started to get abusive and bullying with me in that it sounded like I "had a miserable life". When I repeatedly asked him to remove my number from their list - he started bullying again, saying "what's wrong with you, it sounds like you are having a problem getting your words out...". I said my number was on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST, that he is trying to sell me something, that to please stop calling me. He then takes the tact, "you are confused, in your miserable life, which is it, do you want your number on or off the list". When I asked him to please take my number out of their calling list - he would not commit, just kept saying that he "was sorry that I had a miserable life". When I said that I would be lodging a complaint, he just laughed and told me to enjoy my miserable life.

            We purchased a package from them. The first trip was scheduled when and where we wanted to go. The 90 minute presentation turned into 3 hours even though we had kids waiting for us. After that we were never able to book any further trips because they wanted us to use certificates and mail in which had different and more limited rules. They then never get back to us and actually make reservations, so that we give-up and continue to go on vacations, never using the package we purchased. With only two nights vacation paid from this package and 3 hour tour, could have booked the same hotel for the same price and saved 3 hour tour and all the hassle of having this package that none of the other 3 vacations happened.

            We received a BBB review from ***** ****** In her complaint she says that we booked her for a trip but in fact we never did that at all. Her review was 09/02/2021 which in fact is the date she purchased a package from us. We never booked her for any trip. I am not sure if she is mistaken or she booked through another travel site but it wasn't through us. As stated, she purchased her package on 09/02/2021 and requested a refund on 09/14/2021.

            If she did travel and experience a bad stay and tour/presentation experience, it was not something she booked through our company.
