We purchased a package from them. The first trip was scheduled when and where we wanted to go. The 90 minute presentation turned into 3 hours even though we had kids waiting for us. After that we were never able to book any further trips because they wanted us to use certificates and mail in which had different and more limited rules. They then never get back to us and actually make reservations, so that we give-up and continue to go on vacations, never using the package we purchased. With only two nights vacation paid from this package and 3 hour tour, could have booked the same hotel for the same price and saved 3 hour tour and all the hassle of having this package that none of the other 3 vacations happened.

We received a BBB review from ***** ****** In her complaint she says that we booked her for a trip but in fact we never did that at all. Her review was 09/02/2021 which in fact is the date she purchased a package from us. We never booked her for any trip. I am not sure if she is mistaken or she booked through another travel site but it wasn't through us. As stated, she purchased her package on 09/02/2021 and requested a refund on 09/14/2021.
If she did travel and experience a bad stay and tour/presentation experience, it was not something she booked through our company.Review from Geoff P

Bought a "Vacation Package" from them in August of 2020 assuming i could travel sometime in 2021. Baseline trip was 4 days/3 nights plus 3 other trips. Supposed to offer 30+ destinations. When calling to make reservations there were numerous issues. Not all locations 3 nights. Not 30 locations to choose from. Only certain locations are available if you are not co-habitating/married. Phone calls generally take 30 minutes to reach someone. Once you "request" a reservation it take 7-10 days for them to confirm it. Then they say the request requires a "premium surchage". For the $450 initial cost plus the $230 surcharge i could have booked the place on my own and saved $$. Plus you have to go to a timeshare presentation. I've purchased a handful of these in the past and this is by far the most cumbersome and mis-leading company to date. 1 star is 1 too many.
