      I have a monthly membership that I wish to cancel. The web site indicates that I need to submit a form (no form is available). I have left now 3 messages over the last week for a call back to cancel and no call back. No one ever answers the phone. Resolution I am seeking is to simply cancel my contract

      I went to *************, ** location and signed up fr thier stretching service. I advied that I was leaving the country for 3 weeks and we agreed that I would call upon my return to make a shcedule. I discovered that they started billing immediatly and will not refund the or allow for the sessions past. Obviously, I would not have signed up and wasted 3 sessions. Now they don't answer the phone to even set ANY sessions.

      After an initial session and signing up for further sessions to be charged to my credit card, this company is COMPLETELY non-responsive. The phone number is never answered, goes directly to voicemail and calls are NEVER returned. I have driven by the location multiple times during posted business hours and the lights are off. Reading some of the recent BBB reviews, it seems I am not the only one with this complaint. It does not seem that they have any intention of providing the services they advertise. At this point, I simply want confirmation that the contract has been voided and there will be no charges placed going forward.

      I bought a 4 session package. I was told it was a one time purchase,At the end of that package I told them I was not going back or scheduling other sessions. On 3/3/2024 they charged my Credit Card for an additional 4 session package. I have called the franchise and left 3 messages. I have emailed the franchise 3 times. In 3 days I have had no response. I also emailed Stretch Zone headquarters and gotten no response. The franchise is ********* Wst and their phone is ************

      My girlfriend saw the Stretch Zone ad on ******** to have a free 30 minute session and set both of us an appointment with a ************** in the ******** location. Preferably, I asked her to call back to see if a woman could do her session all because I dont feel comfortable if a woman is touching me if my girlfriend is there or not. The employees are suppose to be professional but then again they may have a sick mind. Especially the way the world is today. She called back to ask if a female could do her session and they said no unless its a paid session. Their response was corporate has it set up that way. Bull****! I called 2 other locations in the ************** and they said its on the clients request to have whomever man or woman for the free stretch session for 30 minutes. I will never trust this place because that is more than shady. To me thats untrustworthy and total disrespectful!

      I signed up for a 3 month membership since thats what they offered me. The sessions came out to be $40 each. My 3 months are now up and they want to raise the price to $50 a session. I was willing to extend my membership. Instead of leaving existing customers at the price point you started they try to take advantage and raise the price. If my price isnt going to be grandfathered in, Im not going to cancel and take my talents somewhere else.This is a terrible business model and no way to treat customers.

      Stretch Zone is email dumping from multiple accounts and not honoring my unsubscribe requests. My email inbox is inundated with emails from stretch zone.

      Stretchzone provided substandard services many years ago; I complained to management, and without resolution, I stopped doing business at the company. About ************************************** unsolicited email again; today, it escalated to every single branch in the U.S. pelting me with email, over 100 today. I have attempted over 25 times to delete my email from their lists using their email spam provider ****, but each branch uses a separate address and often fails, making that a very time consuming effort for regular people.

      I was a member of stretch zone about 3-4 years ago. Suddenlly, I am getting spammed from them numberous times a day. Unsusbcribe has not worked and they alter the email so it appears its coming from a different store. I just want the emails to stop completely and immediately and no further contact from them in any form or fashion

      Today, February 9, 2024, I have started receiving emails from every stretch zone in the country. I am receiving at least 10 emails per hour. I do not want these emails, and I have tried to unsubscribe, but unfortunately their unsubscribe links do not work. Ive tried to call their corporate office, but they do not answer. This is spam email, and I wanted to stop.
