      Starting May 2023, I purchased a membership to Stretchzone. Initially I purchased two stretches per week, declining to two stretches per month by September 2023. In total I purchased 68 thirty-minute stretches. On average, each session cost $42.91.I was told at time of purchase, and multiple times since then, that every stretch sessions was "evergreen" -- i.e. never expired.Over the following two years, I used 39 of my purchased sessions.Starting 1-2 months ago, the Stretch Zone location seems to have shut down without warning. Calling them either went unanswered, or was redirected to other Stretchzone locations within the state. Stretch sessions were unable to be booked.I reached out to Stretch Zone by email and they were entirely unhelpful. They said "your Stretchzone is a franchise; you need to take up your issues with them." When I said it was impossible to reach the franchise despite numerous attempts, they said they would pass on my complaints. As of today, I have not heard from anyone other than Stretch Zone corporate telling me to get lost. And as of today, calling the franchise phone number redirects to a different stretch zone in a different city.I would like to be refunded my unused stretches, as they are obviously no longer usable. 39 sessions at an average cost of $42.91 = $1,244 dollars owed in refund.

      I canceled my membership back in January and Im still being charged. Ive talked to the manager on different occasions who then stated that she would talk to her district manager and call me back to which she has not. And now I just checked my account and your company just took another monthly payment. Im trying to avoid legal action, but if I have to I will.

      On June 5th I went into the ************** office for a free stretch which resulted in me obtaining a membership. However due to the nature of my job that same week I was called to go out of town so I called in requesting a cancellation email as well as spoke to someone from the office but to no avail. Every month 200 is taking out of my account for a service that I was not provided. It makes it hard to want to even deal with a company like this in the future I just honestly want my money refunded for the months after my initial cancellation

      I signed up for a stretchzone membership that I now need to cancel. They sent me a cancellation link. However, when I filled out the form it would not submit. I have tried multiple times using multiple browsers. I have called corporate. I have sent and email to corporate. I have called the local studio. No one seems to be able to help me.

      I cancel this company service months ago and received a notification that I cancel their service. Until I just noticed that this company been charging my debit card been for 4 months. I asked for them to refund my money. They told me "No". I don't want to full refund nothing less.

      I purchased a stretch plan for $199 and only one session has been done leaving 4 that I'm unable to get scheduled in person or on the portal client site.

      Tried to cancel my stretch zone membership and followed the directions in my contract to fill out a cancellation form. I went online seeking the form and it was not there.I went to the business where I initiated the membership and requested the cancellation form and they sent me back to their website where the form is not located. This all while my 30 day window to cancel will exhaust itself.I believe this is a scam!!

      Stretch Zone questionable billing /automatic monthly charging. Once you you no longer require services staff does not provide accurate instructions how to cancel billing /accounts. I was told to scan the ** code on the way out, create an account then I send a request to cancel. Only the registration requires a "user ID" which was not provided. I called to ask them to stop charging tmy bank I was told I had a balance that would need to be paid before they could process my cancelation, this takes 30days. I was told the cancelation could have been done inside in person when I told them would no longer need service. I had my bank place a stop payment for Stretch Zone. I noticed the $89 charge process through my bank repeatedly. I called the bank. They told me my account information had been compromised and this merchant uses a ***** updater". **** at Stretch Zone did remove the $89 & closed my account after he was extremely argumentative, disagreeable, was splitting hairs in the conversation wanting me to recount & re-explain what I was told the day I notified them I would not need further service. He claimed he needed to retrain staff & continued to circle around the reason for my call. He said he would need to reach out to corporate. I asked for the number to which he then stated there was no number because "he is corporate" I then asked then who is he contacting at corporate. This went on & he finally said I could go on line to get the number to Stretch Zone in *************** to speak to his superior. He finally after 25mins gave me ************** before the end of the call by then I had Googled the same number. By that time there was no point in calling I thought it best to notify the BBB. This is exactly why consumers do not want to give out bank info. Difficult to cancel once you no longer want the ******************* feel they can charge your card for absolutely no exchange of goods.

      Having signed up for three months of stretch sessions, I was then charged via my cc for more sessions (2 per month at $89) despite never agreeing to continuation. I called on June 1, 2024 to have this cancelled and my cc card removed from their file. They agreed over phone and sent an email (from manager ********************* on that date) confirming. On 6/22 I received my CitiBank cc statement. The $89 was charged without a credit removal. I was told today via phone call from ***** that they are "under new management" and other ridiculous words of excuse. In addition to my refund (I did put the charge in dispute with ********) I believe the public should be warned about ************** and Stretch Zone West's less than honest business practices.

      They originally sold me on 8 sessions of 1 hour length. I've since come to find out it's 8 sessions of 30 minutes length sessions. Now they are saying I missed lessons that I didn't even schedule.
