5 starsI started using this pharmacy to compound my meds for almost a year now and I have noticed a dramatic improvement in the customer service and communication. I am so happy they fixed that! Now I can speak with someone if I ever have any issues. I recently had a small issue that was taken care of right away with the help of ****** and the pharmacist ******! They were so professional and courteous. I take their *********** and their Replacement therapy hormones and I can say that their products work and changed my life! I feel so much better. I appreciate that there is a better more affordable alternative for people like me that rely on affordable meds. Thank you ????

4 starsI have been using compounded semiglutide from Hallandale since around April 2023. I have had a few side effects but nothing crazy. I started it weighing in at 220lbs. Now I am 147lbs. I have never had an issue with payment, shipping or delivery. Product is always still cold when I receive it regardless of it being shipped across the country. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only complaint and reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price is being raised every time I need a refill. I understand the demand is higher so the price gets higher but it is getting to a point now where I won't be able to afford it and will have to stop buying it.Hallandale Pharmacy

Their customer service is top-notch they take the time to answer all of my questions, explain things thoroughly, and always greet me with a ******** for the medication, Tirzepatide has been a game-changer for me. I've been using it for a while now, and I can confidently say that it's been working very well. Not only have I noticed a significant improvement in managing my weight, but I feel so much better overall. 5 starsI have been a loyal and happy patient of Hallandale pharmacy for almost 3 years. Earlier this year I had to take some time off of a medication that I order through Hallandale, and restarted that medication about 6 weeks ago.I was surprised and confused when it was no longer working the way it used to, and reached out to Hallandale with my disappointment and asking for clarification. Imagine my surprise when, 10 minutes after emailing, I received a call from *****, Hallandales CEO. He spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me sharing his personal story with the same medication, offering some suggestions and documentation, and ultimately offered an agreeable remedy that I felt was very fair. The next morning I received a call from his staff to confirm the details of the replacement. To say I am impressed with this level of customer service is an understatement. ********************** is a huge, regulated pharmacy, and to receive a call directly from their owner shows that they clearly takes their patients care - and patient satisfaction- seriously. 1 starI ordered 2 10 mg of tirzepatide compound from two different merchants and got shortened my doses I received 5 mg instead of 10 mg. both merchants have one thing in common Hillandale pharmacy, there seems to be some type of fraud going on which I'm gonna really look into with an attorney
