I am filing this complaint regarding two separate medication orders I placed through Hollandale PharmacyTier One Tirzepatide and Tier One Semaglutideboth of which I strongly suspect were diluted or improperly formulated.On February 17, 2025, I paid $390 for Tier One Tirzepatide. After experiencing minimal to no weight loss results, even with multiple dosage increases, I ordered Tier One *********** on April 2, 2025, paying $230. Again, I experienced little to no effect, which was highly unusual given my previous experience with GLP-1 medications.Approximately two years ago, I used *********** from another provider and had rapid, significant success. That history led me to seek treatment again for post-pregnancy weight loss. The lack of expected efficacy from both medications ordered through Hollandale was concerning.After finishing my supply from **********, I attempted to reorder through Lavender Sky, only to find Hollandale no longer available. I went with a different pharmacy and resumed the exact same dosage of *********** I had been using. I became violently ill, experiencing severe vomiting and dehydration. The ***** difference in response strongly suggests the medications I received from Hollandale were diluted or underdosed.This experience not only cost me $620 total, but also put my health at risk when I resumed a proper formulation without realizing how compromised the earlier versions were.Desired Outcome:A full investigation into the potency and formulation of both medications dispensed to me. I had 6 months order of Tirzepatide after going through the prescription form and MD script process online. seems liked everything was great. I bought 6 months worth as was a much better price since insurance will not cover. I want to say it was $1900.00-2000.00 Simply a better value than ordering amonth or a vial at a time About a monbth or two again I really started questioning things so went online and fiugred out real quick, i was likely sold vials of saline or some other safe but useless medication. I did change carrier and I did get a nbew scroipt eslewere, and already in thefoirst 4 weeks I am down 17 poinunds and feel ful most days While my entire 6 months is up now, there was not only NO effect the entire, I think even worse, I gained weight and never once felt full. I do not know what it was, but I know what is was not. There is no planet when those 6 or 7 vials contained actual Tirzepatide becuase I have a script of Tirzepatide from a different phrtamacy and it is. It is actual Tirzepatide. I knwo becuase I am easting less, feeling better and can feel the actuial difference. Dowm some weight and really feeling it.It is night and day

I started taking semadlutide in February. I definitely felt the effects immediately and lost about 15 pounds.When my original provider stopped providing compounded ***********, I found someone else. I have been a customer of ********************** since october 2024. First batch of medicine worked and I was in fact a super responder, but as soon as I started new batch, overnight, even increased doses, there was zero effects. Hallandale responded with a boilerplate patient guide, not addressing my concerns at all, gaslighting me saying it is just my body and an incorrect dose. They accused me of being a slow responder, when in fact I lost 25lbs on their previous batch within span of few months. That is a proof that in fact, their new batches did not work. For the past 6 months, I have lost zero weight and even started gaining weight on their product while taking appropriate doses. In fact, they provided incorrect information, saying I am on month 9 when I was just on month 6, so the dosing they told me I need to take was inaccurate/higher. Based on their last email, I increase my dose for 2 months, and nothing has changed even though they said it could take mere 4 weeks to reset the effectiveness. Their medicine is like injecting water. After first batch success, I spent almost 600$ on refills that are absolutely ineffective. After giving it some time I reached out to the business to report that dosage increase did nothing but they did not reply. I considered getting independent testing done but that costs 300$ and i am sure they would find a way to devalidate my claim.Business Response

I purchased Tirzepatide from telehealth- Zappy Health and my medication was shipped from Hallandale Pharmacy. These vials have no effect on me, which is very rare as the vials are for the higher dosage. I bought 10 vials of Tirzepatide from a med spa that worked with Hallendale pharmacy for filling these prescriptions. I bought so many fearing that I would be unable to get it prescribed again. In the past 2.5 months since using these new vials, I have actually gained weight-around 8 pounds. Immediately the injection did not feel the same, it usually burned a little bit. I also noticed no decrease in my appetite. Previously I always felt pervasive fatigue. With these new vials, no such problems. Finally, not sure if this is related, but I started having night sweats- no not menopause. I called the med spa as well as Hallendale. The med spa wanted to Lot number of the vials. I decided to first speak with a pharmacist at ********** who said that their Tirzepatide met all quality, safety and efficacy standards. She also added that perhaps my body had gotten used to it or needed a larger dose. I had been taking 1 ml per week. I increased to 1.25 ml with no change. I've spent over $4,500.00 on this medications. I'd like a product that works or my money back. I'd like to know how Hallendale plans on remedying this.Business Response

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my order of Tirzepatide (120mg total) placed through Lavender Sky and fulfilled by Hallandale Pharmacy.After using the product according to proper dosage protocols, including administering the highest recommended dose, I experienced no response whatsoever a highly unusual outcome given the known pharmacological effects of Tirzepatide. In addition to the lack of efficacy, I have suffered severe withdrawal symptoms, further indicating that the product I received may not be legitimate.Given these troubling circumstances, I believe I have been the victim of fraud. I bought 6 months of Terzepatide and the product is a total scam. I was on it through another pharmacy at a lower dose and have flourished in my weightloss journey with them. I have been on this product for over a month, at a higher dose and have gained 7 pounds. I purchased 2 vials 2ml injectable 2.5 mg/ml RX#******** on 2/13/25. I started with 5 units 1xweek, went up to 10 the next, then 10 2x week and now 15 units 2x a week with no results or changes whatsoever. My sister in law is experiencing the same thing. There is either nothing in the vials but saline or the sema is so watered down as to be completely ineffective.I'm not new to ***********. Last year I went to a different local wellness center and starting at 5 units a week, I had instant effects. I wanted to inform you that one of our pharmacists has reached out to address your concerns. He looked over your order. and it seems you're still around the early initiation phase of the recommended standard dosing.
The dose you've been on is merely to ensure your body tolerates the medication and primed to start further titration. Even if you've had results with it in the past, it's probable that your body dynamics has develop a level of tolerance to that small of a dose.
Some people are able to gain results with micro dosing, but these approaches are new, and many patients end up having to titrate up to get measurable results.
We send each and every batch we compound to 2 different independent ***************** facilities for testing. They perform extensive testing including potency, sterility and stability and many more. We only release the batch for distribution once it has been cleared by the testing institutions.
