5 starsIf you have any initial issues my advice would be to remain calm and try again tomorrow. I ordered a gift card that didnt get processed automatically and it took awhile to get a response from email. When I did get a response they were extremely appologetic and not only made my order right, but really took the time to put their money and efforts into a resolution. Mistakes do happen in a customer service oriented retail business. I too was a business owner in retail for a decade like others who posted here, and mistakes happen people. The important thing is taking accountability and making resolutions. You can see the company responds to every complaint on here and has satisfied my issues COMPLETELY. Communicate and tell them what happened. If you arent getting a response today try back tomorrow or even next week and just keep a paper trail so you can show them your attempts. Retail gets very busy at certain times, they might just be super busy. I understand how frustrating it can be to research and spend money and tbings didnt go exactly the way you had planned but keep an open mind and try to resolve your issue in a courteous way. We all make mistakes :) accountability is key. And always remember the reason we are ALL HERE, for the love of the animals. When that stops being fun and we start to hyper focus on things like a late order we need to reprioritize and focus on whats important again. 1 starI feel like this company may have been bought out by a cheaper run company over the last decade. The cow print blanket and giant bed were great products 6 or 8 years ago. I wanted to replace it with the next size down in the pictures and the product is different. It has the plastic crib type lining inside and the dogs will not touch it. The dimensions must have been taken with the cover off and stretched flat to get those numbers. So the product has been turned down by my two ******* I have been trying for over a week to return them with a lady named ****. She said since they were open they would need to be donated and I mentioned our local ***************** works with local shelters. She had me take it to them and have them write a letter that it was being donated and fill in their return online form and send the document. I did and messaged her upon completion. She said they would be getting the full refund to me as soon as their team processed it. 4 days later, I am getting emails with labels to send them to a shelter in *******. They are no-reply emails. I have sent notes back to the Support email with no response yet. Super frustrating and nothing like my experience in the past. I want to get a cover for my original ones but they are sold out.Paw.com LLC

Regarding the situation you mentioned, the emails you were receiving are automated from our marketing department after opting in to our marketing communication. Additionally, I did see a different agent responded with a label after you had worked with **** about donating locally. Since this was an exception there was a miscommunication on our end that resulted in you receiving a label to donate the return to the **************. In the end it was noted and the agent has been coached to review prior associated tickets before responding. A full refund was issued 3 days after your providing the requested proof of donation. 1 starI ordered a product and had initially provided the wrong shipping address. I updated the address the same day as the initial order. 10 days later they replied and let me know that they hope they can change the information. The day it shipped they provided me with tracking information that was not either of my addresses. When I contacted them they didn't reply until after it was "delivered". They refused to process a refund because it said "delivered" despite the dates and addresses on the shipping information they provided were not mine. I finally disputed the transaction 2 months after the original order and only then did I hear back from pawbean (paw.com) and we reached an agreement in which they would resend the product to the correct address if I dropped the dispute with my bank. I complied and 5 days later received more incorrect shipping information and have not heard back from them. I have since re-opened the dispute. There were so many issues with them that is has to be intentional and mismanaged. I would love to see the ** dog toy I ordered some day as It really looked like a good product, but the weakest link so far has been the people that work there.Paw.com LLC

1 starMade a large purchase back in November for my rescue senior dog and I have YET to receive any customer service at all nor have I seen my product!!!! I have called soooo many times, emailed, Facebook commented…… NOTHING. I would highly recommend that people stay away from this company. 1 starI ordered the PupRug by Paw.com Runner Faux Fur Memory Foam Dog Bed - Rectangle Grey One Size (72" L x 28" W). It was not a cheap purchase ($249) plus some small discount of ~$25.My motivation for getting this was the memory foam. The product I received is thin with no real give or "memory" because it's so thin. I contacted the support at Paw.com after 3 days since it didn't really decompress after unpacking the runner. There is no response from their customer support. I tried to contact them on ******* as well. No response.Review fromEmily G

1 starI, it seems as well as everyone else, have been calling and emailing the company to initiate an exchange, with no response via either email or by calling repeatedly. I ordered #3 Polar White blankets and received #2 of them, along with #******* Cowhide. It should not be that hard to get a response from a company regarding a mistake they made. I do not at this point think that I will be getting any response from the company based on the other reviews on this page. Its unfortunate as I really like their products, however, I do not think that I will be doing any further business with this company. 1 starI order everything online and have never been as disappointed in a company or their product as I have been with Paws.com (******).Order #***** on January 1st, promising a few business days to deliver. After numerous emails, attempts to call the company to no avail, I opened a dispute with PayPal.Immediately afterwards I received the same response as everyone about their delayed shipping.Told them I was no longer interested in dealing with them but the bed was shipped.Received it yesterday, grateful it had arrived after all but they sent the wrong bed. At least I hope it was the wrong bed for what I received is not even worth $20.I ordered a large flat memory foam orthopaedic bed sized at 40 x 30 x 4 for thickness.What I received is 35 x 30 by 2. Now I say it is only 2 thick for this one came with a pillow top at one end which is 4 thick but the other 95% of the bed is 2 thick.This is after 24 hours of laying it flat to get into shape but it is all lumpy and will not expand to its 4 thickness anywhere else.Naturally the cover that came with it looks ridiculous as it is too long and is made for a bed that is 4 thick so it looks like a loose potato sack.To be honest, my present 3 year old memory foam bed that cost half of the price of this one, as beat up now as it is is in better condition than this new one.I have escalated to PayPal again and will NEVER EVER EVER do business with this company again. I would not trust them now to even send the right bed if its quality is anything like the one I have been sent.I feel as if a bait & switch took place in order to fulfill their obligation with PayPal.Review fromJohn P

1 starI wanted to chose zero stars, but I had to chose one to write this review. My wife ordered a blanket right before Christmas. We did receive the blanket, but we weren't satisfied with the quality. My wife initiated a return, which included a $20 charge for return shipping. Given that we weren't satisfied with the quality, we didn't think it was fair to be charged $20 for shipping. My wife emailed the company several times since then, and no response. I have emailed the company as well, and no response. I've also called and left messages with the company, again, no response. Very disappointed with this company and their non-existent customer service. I wish we read the reviews about the company before ordering from them.
