              I am trying to pay Ft.. Lauderdale Hand Clinic a balance of $179.83 by calling them and using my **** card over the phone. The first statement I received arrived July 27. It included a statement that said they had had to resubmit the corrected claims that had required modifiers. I assume that this is why the statement took so long to be sent to me. This letter was waiting for me at home when I arrived home late July 28. I called the Hand Clinic at least 12 times on July 31 to use my **** card to pay the balance. The call would not go through.I called ******* and they tried the number ************. It would not go through for them either. I sent an email to their office manager July 31, manager *****************************. She did not respond. They included a letter threatening a collection agency if I did not pay by July 31. I am trying to reach them to pay the $179.83.: They say they have made several attempts. What attempts? Answer the phone or the email please. I am trying to pay by phone.
