      The worst company in the world, terrible customer service. No one is responsible for all the poor work they do. They don't respect the customer, nor do they care. I don't recommend this company to anyone. The worst of the worst. South Dade Store has terrible customer service.

      BrandsMart is an awful company to deal with. I place an order with them over a week aoo and it was supposed to be delivered today 7-11-2025 . I was told somebody called and canceled my order. When I went to the store and asked him who canceled my order they gave me a name that was not my name. When I asked the store manager to get my delivery to me on 7/12/2025 he said he could not deliver it until Tuesday 7:15 2025. I requested that he cancel my order he couldn't so I canceled it with my credit card company. Awful awful business. I am very unhappy.

      Probably one of the worst companies *** ever had to deal with in my life. I bought a refrigerator. I bought an extended warranty. My refrigerator has been out now for more than three weeks. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Brandsmart and with the warranty company that they recommended that we buy from they are both blaming each other and nobody wants to fix the issue. The customer service is extremely rude. If they answer the phone they will hang up on you. Please buyer beware do not buy from Brandsmart. Do not use their extended warranty. They will find any excuse to not live up to their obligations.

      On Monday June 16th,2025 a technician from Brandsmart USA came to my house to check my stove the Technician was on his Phone the whole time he was in my house instead of fixing the stove he made it worse he left one of the big burner on .I called the store they can't send no one out Until next Tuesday. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE .CAN SOMEONE FROM BRANDSMART UPPER MANAGEMENT RESPOND TO THIS MATTER..I'M VERY UPSET.

      Zero stars. What a joke. I ordered a firestick over a week ago and they charged my credit card. I didnt receive the item so I texted the company, if you can call them that . No one got back to me. ******** I did a live chat and the rude customer service agent said the item was out of stock! Why didnt they tell me this before? Because they dont care I guess. No apology or nothing. I was counting on getting my item or I would have gone elsewhere. No one ever told me it was out of stock, so if I didn't inquire they probably would have just taken my money without giving me the product! Terrible communication and service!

      I bought a washer on 5/25/25 and was expecting a delivery on 5/28/25. When the driver came to the door he express his concerns about the washer and labeling it as defective. When he called the delivery department to get the next available date they responded 6/2/25 with no time frame. I think they should rethink how they go about rescheduling a delivery when a product comes defective. A simple solution will be fitting the delivery the next day or offer a refund for the delivery when waiting a certain amount of days especially 8 days and counting. I can give no stars because it doesnt let me.

      Ordered a stove top 3/29/25, $5000.00. Sales person asked when we needed it delivered by. Our date was 4/11/25. That day came and went, we followed up with sales person on 4/12/25. He went from being my husbands best friend to a nasty-rude person, he told my husband it was a special order and it could take up to a month to six weeks. He did not tell us that at all when buying this stovetop. We would not have pursed it. So we had to put our contractors for kitchen on hold for two weeks. Two weeks later No Stove Top!!! 27 calls later,( I would Type all the name but they would block them out.) today May 24,2025 No stove top, We have been asking for our money for a week now. My husband went in person, they still would not take to him. finally they sent someone out with a # and he went to casher to get a refund. Out of those 27 calls I was on the phone passed around and never told the truth what happened to stove top. No one will call you back EVER!!! 1st Time buying from Brandsmart and It will be my last. Please if you value your time and money don't shop there. I have documented all calls and name and will keep them, because so much of my time was wasted.

      The whole experience was a nightmare. The first fridge I had delivered did not dispense water or ice after the delivery guys left so I had to call brandsmart back to get help. Then while the first delivery guys were here he told me tips were appreciated. After waiting on a tech to come to my house to check out the fridge, they called me and asked what was going on and said we just needed a new fridge and then said to call back brandsmart and tell them what he said. So he never showed up my house, then I called brandsmart and they said I needed a claim number so then I called the tech back asking for the claim number and he said I didnt need one. After countless times of speaking with both, a representative finally called me and said they would be delivering a fridge on that Saturday and would pick up the malfunctioning at the same time. I said okay great! Saturday rolled around and I never got a call or confirmation when they were coming so I called them back and they said they werent sure who I spoke with but the brandsmart drivers do not come to my area on a Saturday and it would be Monday. I was very distraught considering I keep getting told different things. I asked to speak with a manager who was **** *** and he said he doesnt have drivers to go out there Saturday and he cant do anything. I also spoke with a representative named ****** and she was terribly rude as well. I work in customer service and to experience such bad service then your team is not going to make it right is terrible. We emailed the manager email with our concerns and havent heard anything back. I wish I wouldve never bought this fridge from your company. I did not speak to one pleasant person. Terrible customer service and experience. Will not be ordering again.

      I had a unique experience with an item I purchased a washing machine, which as it was delivered , but didnt work !! I contacted the customers service ***** and for a bit I was getting unclear answers !! I did finally.get some assistance with clearing up this situation, & getting another washing machine delivered, once I did reconnect with my initial customer service *** a lady named Mamtaz,, who did assist with getting a new washer delivered after a week or so passed !! Thanks to her assistance with this matter, I did finally after a two week period , finally did get my working washing machine !!
