    Front desk staff members from the moment we arrived were helpful, kind, and attentive. Great room with a great view! Extra amenities like free bikes and yoga mats as well as beach towels and beach chairs made for a wonderful, REASONABLY priced stay. Highly recommend!

    I used Redeem vacation and got the trip I was promised and I was able to stay at a nice place. I had no problems with checking in and the details, dates, location, and room were all accurate. Here is the issue I have with them. I paid about $130 in installments before I got to use my vacation. Fine. Then they told me I had to pay about $115 more because I choose a weekend stay and I picked trip protection. Annoying but that would still be a good deal for a 3 night stay. I was really happy and was ready to rave about them and give them 5 stars. UNTIL I found out that was not the last of the fees. They make it unclear and hide how much more you will have to pay. I had no idea I had to pay an extra fee until I was checking out the hotel. The hotel themselves charged me 140 additional dollars. I was upset since i thought what I paid redeemvacations covered all fees. Redeem told me oh those are resort fees! You are responsible for them. They should make it clear whether or not the hotel option has resort fees and how much it will be. Since they never mentioned it, I assumed my hotel had no resort fees. How can a customer agree to a transaction before you tell them how much the true price is? The hotel said on their direct site, they show customers the resort fees on the checkout page as they're paying so they know. Redeem vacations does NOT show this. They are being intentionally misleading. I have used other incentive sites like theirs and they tell you the resort fee for each location. I felt trapped because once the hotel gave me the bill at checkout, we already completed the stay so I had no choice but to agree to the additional fees. This really soured my vacation.

    Redeem Vacations was great to use. There was so many options to choose from including family friendly. We absolutely loved our family stay on the Gold Coast. The hotel was great. The location was right in the heart of surfers. Would highly recommend and use redeem vacations again.

    Im impressed with my hotels accommodations and location! Im glad I chose to go with redeem vacation but just a heads up to call your hotel in advance about any additional fees such as parking, WiFi, and deposits, this will really save you any surprises! Otherwise enjoy yourself, whether its with family and/or friends!

    We’re staying at the Hyatt Palm Springs, and honestly, we love it here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. The rooms are spacious and clean, which is perfect for a family like ours. My kids are really enjoying the pool — they could stay in there all day! It’s also great that everything is so close; we can walk to restaurants, shops, and little fun spots around town. The mountain view from our balcony is beautiful, especially in the evening. This trip has been exactly what we needed — comfortable, fun, and full of great memories. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to other families!
