    We had a great experience with Redeem Vacations. No hassle and the hotel was convenient to local attractions. The room was very clean and hotel staff was eager to assist in any way.

    We had an excellent stay. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, and we especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to downtown, providing convenient access to all of the citys main attractions. We would be pleased to stay here again.

    I shouldve just called because the website is kinda hard to use the first time and the login process in confusing. Got there in the end though and I dont think il have trouble in the future.

    Staff are wonderful. The place is very clean and the room is very spacious! I really enjoyed my stay in the room and it's close enough to ********* that I can get there very easily. I'm on my way right now. Highly recommend Candlewood Suites.***** *.

    We came to stay at the ********************* for 3 nights & 4 days for a getaway. We were soooo tired BC we arrived late & had a long tiring day. So needless to say, we were needing to get inside our room, STAT. The gal at the front desk was so sweet to us & asked if we needed water right away & got us through registration fast & gave us an upgraded room for the wait. She couldn't have been nicer. And then when we went to our room, the bell of hop was up there right away, and he was so kind too, and called us by our last name. I even got 3 text messages. Making sure our stay was okay.& if we needed anything that there's a number that we can call! I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but the ********************* definitely treats you like royalty, and they care about you, we love it here!??
