    The online process was fairly straight forward and clear when booking. The vacation destination locations were ample, provided several hotel choices when booking, allowed room upgrading, and few block out dates. Smooth and seemless.

    My experience with redeem vacations have been absolutely amazing. I was given a voucher for a two night three day vacation in ********* and received a free upgrade to a five night six day vacation in ****************** along with a $600 credit for excursions rentals, etc. ************ Process is pretty streamline and certainly keep their customer FIRST
