    Won 3 day bid on a **** auction website, Hooray, immediately book my stay at *********** by the ********. Beautiful place and awesome customer service. Close to everything- next door to **********************. I should of took advantage of booking more days, oh well next time.

    It was a smooth and easy process booking through redeem vacations. Despite when choosing my hotel they did not make me aware of there being a resort fee daily that was due at arrival.

    Redeem vacations made everything easy and we saved money. The hotel we chose is an older hotel and kind of dated however the staff was friendly. It was conveniently located and clean.
