    Used Redeem Vacations for a stay in Punta Cana DR. The views were amazing and staff very nice. Awide variety of eating places near by. Rooms were clean.

    I needed help in booking my hotel stay and your online chat agent, Cherrie, was extremely helpful. She explained my various options and was able to provide me with an email transcript of our chat for my future reference. Great customer service!

    The customer service department is amazing! my gf got pregnant shorty after we booked our trip and they accommodated us with the cancellation. they also extended our offer till after the baby comes. 100/10 would recommend!

    I used redeem vacation to book a family vacation for spring break. Our hotel had amazing amenities such as indoor pool, arcade, and gym. Great location as well, great view from balcony.
