    The staff I spoke with to book our cruise was wonderful and the ladies I spoke with via the chat application when I had questions were very helpful. Receiving my email booking confirmation took longer than I would like.

    Our hotel in *********** reserved by Redeem Vacation was a great experience. It was next to the ************** and across from the ************. The hotel staff were very helpful. Many complimentary surprises like champaign for our Anniversary.
