      When I arrived to this hotel I was put in a room on the second floor(which was disconnected from the main building). Before arriving at this hotel I saw a lot of reviews about there being a roach problem(which I found to be a big concern). Sure enough when I got to my room I saw a roach smashed on the wall and after a short period of time a roach crawled out under the open sink area onto the floor in the room I was in. Another family member who I was with complained about the incident to the front desk and one of the girls down at the front was luckily able to put us into a room downstairs in the main building. The room was much better but you could clearly see it had some water damage especially near the baseboards Regardless I also woke up with some knicks and bumps on my skin so I would not only be on the lookout for roaches but also potential bedbugs because that should NEVER EVER BE THE CASE. I will say that they tried their best to compensate for the room issue by giving us extra meal tickets $ for the "complimentary" breakfast. The pool looked a little dirty so be on the lookout for that as well. I also find it very ironic that every review or comment that is directed at towards this hotel in connection to them having roaches or anything that so called tarnishes their hotel business is rebuttaled and shunned by them as if you've never stayed there before and that they have had a "exterminator" already check this place out and find no sign of roaches anywhere or that you brought them in and this and that. If you search up this hotel on Google reviews you can see numerous pictures and complaints of people having roaches in their hotel room. I also have pictures as well and this is after this hotel "claims" to have had an "exterminator" deal with the roaches when they are cheap and upright disrespectful and have been allowed to keep this place open this is beyond unacceptable and I really hope this nightmare of a hotel is permanently shut down worst stay ever.

      Completely unprofessional front desk, they run this like a ***** house with biker parties every Wednesday. You cannot even get things delivered to guests. My girlfriend was sick and the refused an order for canned food and Pedialyte, but the will accept orders of hot food. Absolutely absurd behavior
