5 starsIm a long time Performance Golf customer and have always found them to have very good instructional videos and products. They honor their word on any returns if the product is not to your liking. 5 starsAfter purchasing an instructional package from Performance Golf, I changed my mind and requested a refund in accordance with their guarantee. They responded to my request within 24 hours and I had the refund completed within a matter of days. They have a great product which I have used previously and yet they responsibly stand by their guarantee for a full refund with no questions. 4 starsMy overall experience was positive, even though the device was not right for me. 1. I was impressed that they promptly refunded my money for the device - hands down that makes them easy to do business with. They also promptly stopped their monthly service charge when I asked (see #2).2. The only negative thing, and I may just have missed it when I bought the device and built my account with them, is that somehow I opted into their monthly ************ fee, or, I failed to notify them after the first 30 days. Their customer care team was prompt and easy to do business with.Performance Golf

5 starsBeen using this club for a month now. Its one of the few clubs that I have purchased that actually helped my game and performed as well as its promise. I am very happy with the results and now back to reaching the long par fours and fives again. Its also very easy to get the ball airborne in tight a d deep rough lies. 5 starsI ordered the SF1 driver and 7 wood they both arrived in great shape. I did a stiff shaft on the driver and a flex shaft on the 7 wood. The 7 wood performs magnificent and after having my swing speed tested, I contacted them about changing out the shaft in the driver. The gave me a return number, I sent it back in the box and within a week had a new driver with flex shaft. It cost me only shipping and the staff was great. The driver only has operator error, but it is getting better each round :)Performance Golf

5 starsI ordered 2 clubs. One was the 7 wood and the other the Thriver. The 7 wood is amazing. The flex on the Thriver was a little too floppy. So I returned it. The best part of my experience is that they returned the Thriver without any issues or hassles. I would buy from them againPerformance Golf
