  My name is **** ******** and Ive worked with Coastal for months now. My experience has been nothing short of fantastic. My experience started with *** ***********. *** took my cold call while my anxiety was very high and as I was coming off of a bad experience with another debt company. *** was the reason I initially signed up for the program. He has been amazing for me through this entire process. ****** ******* has also been fantastic for me. Multiple times ****** has taken time out of his day to answer questions I had an ease my mind through this process. ******* (my account **** has been 10/10.   **Coastal Debt: Costly Disappointment, No Results.**Struggling with an MCA loan, Coastal Debt promised lower payments and a 50% settlement. I paid $15,000 in upfront fees. Their process was slow and frustrating. After months, and depositing a total of $45,000 into a trust account for negotiation, communication was awful. My assigned attorney ignored over 10 emails, and **** were hard to reach.Coastal Debt then claimed my lender demanded $70,000 to settle more than I originally owed! Tired of their failures, I contacted the lender directly and successfully negotiated a $51,000 settlement on my own.The final tally: $15,000 to Coastal Debt + $51,000 for my settlement = $66,000. This was barely $1,000 less than my original debt, took over six stressful months, and required me to do the negotiating. Coastal Debt provided zero actual help in reducing my ******* experience: Coastal Debt overpromised and underdelivered. Save your money and explore direct negotiation or consult an attorney you vet personally. They were a waste of significant time and money.

  Coastal Debt resolve is a good way to help with negotiating your high risk and high payment MCA loans to a manageable payment level.   Company calls, when you answer it hangs up, I call them back and for two weeks every day have asked to be removed from call list, and they keep calling.
