      This company was paid to install A/C in and out air handler and condenser unit with R410A system on 05/26/2012 after being told that R22 system was no longer going to be made. On May 15, 2014, my other A/C unit needed to be replaced and this company was paid to do so. With this unit I purchased a service contract which included 2 annual maintenance visits for 5 years. No one ever came to my house to conduct the maintenance of my unit. On 11/16/20, this company informed me that my unit was frozen and it was low on freon(R22). They wanted to install a new unit that would take R410 Freon. This company did not install what they were originally paid to install. I shouldn't have a unit that requires R22 Freon. I tried calling this company to speak with the manager but I am not allowed to speak with the manger because the receptionist can not find me in the system. I need this company to right their wrong with installing the correct units that I originally paid for. I trusted this company to install the units they told me they were going to install. I only found out that this wasn't the case when one unit became frozen and it needed R22 Freon that I'm not supposed to have in the first place.

You replaced the entire unit. To be exact, you replaced 2 entire units. The ones inside my garage and the ones that are supposed to correspond to the units outside which I believe you didn't know which unit inside the garage corresponded with which unit outside. I overheard your tech on the phone tell the company that something was mixed up. I didn't think of it at the time but I'm starting to put everything together with your newest offer. You offered me a new unit once again instead of offering to refill my existing unit that was low on Freon with more R410. The reason that offer wasn't made is because you installed the incorrect unit to begin with. You are supposed to be the experts. This company has incompetent techs. They seem to care more about money than the quality of the work. You are very good at making offers but not so good with carrying out the offers correctly or completely. I want what I paid for. And Just because we are discussing a purchase that was done almost 10 years ago does not negate from the FACT that your company installed incorrect units. If I knew sooner, I would have made this complaint sooner. I will not accept a credit or discount for new equipment. That offer is too vague. I will however accept new units at no cost because I didn't get what I paid for originally. I will only pay for labor fees.       I wish I could give this company a negative star. THEY ARE THE WORST...This company should not be allowed to continue going around scamming hard working people. USA AC and the entire staff are a freaking stain on humanity. They are like insects that gets inside your house and ruin everything. They came to our home and RUINED a perfectly working unit. All I asked for was a routine flush and they ended telling me I needed $2,800 duct cleaning. When I refused that these ******** damaged my AC and told me coils were messed up and I need new motor. I called real professional AC service guy he told me nothing was wrong with my AC motor other than the circuit board that allows the motor to work was damaged. How does a perfectly running unit goes bad the same day I let these RODENTS into our home. PLEASE FOR THE GOOD OF SOCIETY SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN.

      I purchased a brand new AC Unit from USA Air Conditioning Services, LLC on 4/16/2021 and it was installed on 04/17/21. Sunday evening 9/19/21 we looked at the thermostat at it read 78 degrees in my apartment. Monday, 9/20/21 I spoke to an employee and advised them of the situation and they told me they would send a technician out between 12-5 PM that day. Two technicians came out and the diagnosis was that the compressor had gone bad. I contacted ABC 9/21/21 and was advised that the parts person would contact me with information and did not. I was later advised when I called back it would take 10-14 days to fix my AC and I lost it. They have been the worst company I have ever dealt with terrible customer service, including the salesman. My family and I have been in a hotel since Monday, 9/20/21. They have not contacted me to give me any updates regarding my repairs. I have been contacting them with no answers given. I would like a refund or my unit replaced ASAP! Unhappy Customer!

After dealing with this company and the technicians not being able to repair my unit I would like to be refunded, and them to come and remove their unit from my apartment. I work hard for my money I don't have $3,850.00 to throw away. I uploaded a photo of how the indoor unit was installed in my closet with wires exposed - it looks like a science project and to me that is unacceptable. What happens when the equipment breaks down again, and to have to go through this same experience. Reading all of the customer complaints the issues are all the same. Management needs to go through this cite and read the complaints against their company. This companies policy on customer service seems to be non existent.       I purchased a new AC unit from this company 10/8/19. 2/2021 we noticed the Ac shutting off and not turning on, when it did it was running for long periods of time blowing warm. I contacted the company April 20,2021 and they sent a guy out who stated that the problem was not the unit it was that my electric panel was old and not strong enough to power the unit properly(lie). Also my house had poor insulation and it's causing the unit to work harder. The Tech said I needed to get those things fix. He told me $3600 to do it. They came on April 27 to do the job. I waited 2 weeks to see if there was a difference in the unit cooling off the house. None. Unit was still taking a long time to cool 78 to 75 degrees. I contacted them again 6/21 and told them the unit was back doing the same thing like before. Tech came 6/22 stated nothing was wrong with the unit. AC turned off that night never came back on. Sent guy 2 out he stated it was blowermotor.Change that and AC back not working 6/26

Unfortunately I have been calling this company and asking to speak to the Manger and I've been told every time that I call that they are not available and will call me back when they become available. I'm still waiting on a call back two weeks later. So someone from this company needs to call me. Once client makes payment for services rendered we will be happy to honor our warranty for the performed work as per our contract, which the client signed. Yes I placed a stop payment on the check because the AC was not fixed when the technicians left. I immediately call the next day and the run around began. I will not pay for services not rendered. They want to continue to charge me and not fix the issue with the AC. It's been 2 months and the same problem exists. I paid for this service back in April 2021 and should not have been charged twice for the same problem that wasn't fixed to begin with. This company is scamming consumers. Its funny how the only response on here is about the check in which I clearly spoke to someone in your company about. Not the issue of the lack of service or the extra charge for services already paid for. The customer service Manger stated to me over the phone that I wouldn't be charged for the labor since it was from a problem that already was reported and not fixed. You can forward whatever you like just as I can do the same. What is fraud is being charged for a service that was not done. Now the Manger did call me back and agreed that my account would be clear and my balance zero out. I did not request a refund from the money I had to spend with another company to fix the issue. We both agreed to clear the matter and move forward. Now if that's not the case please let me know and we can continue this another way.
