      They expect you to be wait around for them for 4 hours. Repair man called while I was running to get my kid from school couldn't wait 10 mins in my driveway. Repair man started whining because I asked him to wait in driveway. So I canceled appointment. There's gotta be some level of respect for your customers. wouldn't recommend them at all.

      I am giving 4 stars only because ***** did a great job. Very professional and takes pride in his work. Was on time with great attitude. The first technician, work was terrible, but ***** has restore my confidence in this company!

      Listen to the negative reviews when considering this company and save yourself some heartache. We were unfortunately given this company as our only choice after buying a sofa that arrived damaged. So it was either pay $500 to return or deal with these very unprofessional, incapable people. The first tech appointment we had got canceled the day before due to their truck not working. Okay fine so we reschedule. Weeks pass and they finally get someone out to assess the furniture. Several more weeks go by and two packages arrive at our doorstep and I get a call to schedule the repair. The day of repair comes and I wait the 4 hour window and nobody shows. An hour and a half later (4:30 in the evening) she calls and says she just got off of her last job, wouldnt be able to be at our house until 8 or 9 and that shes been terribly sick for weeks so much so shes lost 30-40 pounds and she wants to put us on for another reschedule. We ordered our couch from 1stopbedrooms and it was delivered aug. 31 damaged. Its been since then weve been dealing with fast furniture and we are now at Nov 10 with a still broken couch.

      This company really needs to change its name. After 3 four-hour window time frames with no shows, I am done. Their "don't care" attitude, excuse after excuse and unprofessional personnel making promises they have no intention of keeping has wasted 12 hours of my time. They should change their name to "You Want It When Furniture Repair?" Do yourself a favor and do not engage this company.

      Due to an unfortunate personal emergency, our technician did have to reschedule the first service date. On the second service date, our notes show that there was a misunderstanding, as you thought you were promised that the tech would arrive at 2PM. We never promise a specific time. We had given you a time frame of 1PM - 5PM, which you agreed to, and the technician was on track to arrive by 4PM. You said that wasn't acceptable, so we canceled the work order.       There were 3 missed appointments. First time the tech stated he had trouble with his vehicle. Second time tech stated he had to pick his children up from school due to a plumbing issue. I was assured by manager, Ed, that tech would be to our job by 2pm. He stated he was looking at tech's schedule and would be timely. Tech stated we were his last call and at 3:30pm stated he still had one call before us. So, he still would not have made it by the 5pm time. Please, check your facts.

      We sincerely apologize for your scheduling issues. We did listen to the recorded phone call of your conversation with our Customer Service Manager, Ed, and he did not promise 2PM arrival. We said we would try, but could not guarantee. Unfortunately, the 2 jobs before yours were more complex than anticipated and caused the tech to run behind.

      Well Fast Furniture lived up to it's low rating on BBB. They were supposed to come repair my parents 2 broken recliners on 7/2/22. The repair person even called the day before to confirm the time. They no showed. We have had it with Jackson Catnapper products and the pitiful customer service starting from the manufacturer, distributor, dealer and repair company. If you need repair of any furniture, there is nothing FAST about Fast Furniture repair. I know unexpected things happen but look at all these reviews about terrible service. This is the norm and not the exception. Therefore this is not and unexpected occurance. I wish I could give 0 stars because we got no service and are now seeking a full refund for the defective furniture.

      You are quite correct when you say that unexpected things happen Kim. It seems as though every week you read about the airline industry/credit card/social media/cell phone industries having outages. We also had a system outage on 7/2 that did not allow us to contact those consumers that were affected. When we contacted your parents, they said that they were returning the recliners to the retailer. We thank them for their understanding.

      Bought a loveseat from Ashley Furniture. The reclining headrest quit working while under warranty back in July or August 2021. Called Ashley warranty and they had a company named Fast Furniture repair come out in January to look at it and order parts to repair, which he did. The repairman said to call when the parts come in and he would be back to finish the job. The parts came on March 9th, 2022 and we called to have it scheduled to be fixed and they said the tech would be coming out in late March , 2022 then they pushed it out to April 9th on which he canceled, then he canceled again on April 29th, 2022 and they pushed it out again to 5/19/22 due to a death in his family. I might understand the death excuse but not the two previous excuses. When you complain to the text message that you get from Fast Furniture Repair, they act like it makes them mad and they tell you that they are done and turning it back in to the warranty company! I think Ashley Furniture ought too rethink who they hire for repairs because this is very bad customer service and it reflects badly on them. I will never buy anything else for Ashley over this problem.

      We do understand the frustration with the multiple reschedules. We only have one technician in this area, and he understandably took off work to be with a close family member in his last weeks of life. After that, every time we tried to reschedule the repair, they refused, saying she only wanted a refund. As the repair company (not the company that sold the furniture), we have nothing to do with refunds. In our final attempt to schedule, the consumer stated "just throw it away". We can't force anyone to accept repairs, but we diligently tried to provide the options for repair we could for this consumer.

      I guess after they read the review they decided to make untrue comments concerning the events. They only contacted us after they canceled our repair and sent it back to the warranty company

      Tech came out on 2/21, he said to my wife and I that the issue was a manufactor issue. He has seen this on this model before. He also stated that he was going to put in his report to Ashley Furniture that he wants to repair it becuase that is how he gets paid. He stated that they would have his report no later than Friday. I called on 2/28 and they said they did not have his report. They then callsed your company got the report and his report said " normal wear and tear" Please explain to me why it is okay for your tech to lie to my face? I have been trying to reach out to your company to get this issue fixed.

      Mr. ****** sent the same complaint to us, and we responded to him promptly on 3/1/22. Here was our response: "Hello Mr. ******, our upper management reviewed the technicians report and we did recommend parts. We are a third party repair contractor and have no say in how Ashley handles your claim. Please contact Ashley for an update."

      They are rude and lazy!! I asked several times to schedule an appointment accordingly to my schedule since it is just me and my daughter. They decided to schedule whenever it was convenient for them and not only that, the technician was kind enough to try to help out and the receptionist tried to blame him for their lack of service. I tried calling to get a number to submit a former complaint and they ended up giving me a number I already had from the insurance company. Their decision prior to my call was to reject the service. If I did not call to ask what was going on, I would have never found out of their smart decision. Do I recommend them? Of course not! If you are willing to waste your time be my guest. This has been going on for several months now and this was their conclusion. They do not care about the customers.

      This consumer had confirmed a 1 PM - 5 PM time frame. However, on the day of service she said she could not be home until after 5 PM. This was not something we could accommodate.

      I originally had an appointment scheduled for November 10 but when that day came me and my husband had contracted Covid and were in quarantine, so we had to reschedule which was fine. The lady rescheduled us for November 26th between 8 and 12. We received a text message confirming our appointment. The day has come and did not get a text or call. They never showed up. I tried calling the number to see what was going on, wasn't able to talk to anyone continually kept going to voicemail, had to leave a message. I do know this is a day after a holiday but that is not my problem. The lady scheduling should have been aware of this. I am not happy at all to say the least. If I don't get this resolved immediately I will continue to fight this company and Ashley as well. This type of business relations is unexpectable. Very disappointing.

      I took off work on Friday, August 20th from 11-3. The technician called me from a SPAM number at 1:18pm. I received his voicemail, which I still have for my records, that states he is on his way and if I need to reschedule to call him. I called him back to confirm, I texted, I called. No response. My appointment was from 11-3 he called at 1:18pm? I called the facility and they told me because I did not answer the phone he wasn't coming, and I'd have to schedule for 9/13. Please note this appointment for 8/20 was on the books since 8/5. An appointment is an appointment! Unless told otherwise show up. The guy was trying to get out of work because they are so "backed up". Even the lady I talked to at the facility said that. I was so angry I hung up and fixed the furniture myself and will not purchase from Ashley Furniture again. Fast Furniture is contracted through Ashley to fix their product that is under warranty. waste or 200 bucks for a warranty or whatever the cost is they force it on you at purchase.
