              In June of 2023, I purchased two portable phone charger power banks from this company PWR Mobile. They have a one-year warranty on the devices.The devices no longer work, I paid about $150 for both devices. I have emailed then, called the number listed on their website (it doesn't work), and tried to reach them on ******** and Instagram messenger. They are not responding. I am seeking to speak to them about replacing these two power chargers under their 1 year warranty they claim on their website.

              I sent for a PWR mobile system before a recent trip. I was cutting it close, but it looked like they would have it delivered before leaving. I did not receive it before leaving, which was not unexpected. But when a month and a half later I still had not received it I did more research and contacted them and my credit card company. **** shipping told me that it arrived in ***** on April 3. Yet on May 1 it has not moved from ***** and I have not received anything. When I tried to phone PWR their phone number is no longer in service. I feel like I have been scammed and am so disappointed in their false advertising and merchandise. DO NOT allow them to continue to be in whatever business they are in, because it is more certainly not it in delivering what they are advertising. I would give them not a D+ but and F. And from now on I will check the BBB rating on random advertisements before buying. PWR mobile is a total scam.
