            Three of us were very excited to take a Carnival cruise. Booked one balcony room and one inside solo room. The agent helping us was very nice, but she slipped on a line for travel insurance that none of us were expecting and we didn't notice until a month later. By then it was too late to remove, per the Carnival agent when I called back. They said the agent must have mentioned it, but three of us were on the call and nothing was heard about it. I think it is shady that they can just add insurance to your booking without getting explicit confirmation about adding the additional line, and that they claim they can't cancel it after just a few days. The agent escalated the case but they were unable to reach a resolution. I am deeply upset with this situation and the resolution reached. This is shady salesmen tactics and I will report it to as many agencies as possible.
