      Hello, my name is ****** **** and if I could give negative stars I would. Let me start by saying that the customer service received is horrible. I have had an issue going on since June 2025, a travel agent by the name of ***** ********* and ***** ***** under Busy Bees World Tours stole over $4,000 from me and never booked my trip. I have reached out to Intele Travel multiple times in an attempt to get some resolve and have had no luck. I cannot even get a phone call back, meanwhile Mrs. ********* is still able to go about her business as usual booking or stealing others money. I am very upset with the lack of care this company has for hard working citizens. If at all possible, never book with them! They seem to be all about money and no customer service what so ever.

      This is not the first they have held my commission. We do all the work and sit pretty and find excuses not to pay you. I have all of my information scene shot and downloaded showing the commission will be giving to me and then the date will be changed every week. Don't show that if it's not true. I'm not the only one with this problem if you read other post. And I used that supplier numerous times and had no problem before. Then I leave emails and they say that the ticket is closed with no response of what I wrote. And before they say anything NO it was resolved because I never received my commission. And never answered my question about the file I sent them.

      I would tell anyone not to use any travel agents from this company. We had a family scheduled for July 2025. Around $22,000.00 was paid for the down payment. We couldn’t get any information as per booking or confirmation numbers from the agent. Members of the family kept calling and texting without any response. Then the agent canceled the trip without telling anyone. So we have been waiting since March for them to refund the money. The company hasn’t been any help in resolving this issue. I feel that a company this size hasn’t tried to help their customers. It’s not the customer is always right but in this case the agent and the company hasn’t done anything but collect money for no service. I can’t even give them zero star for this. I hope this help people out that’s thinking about use this in the future.

      Giving a minus 10 Within my 30 days of being a agent. I Decided didn't like the company. So I requested my money back. I didn't know how so what I found was for me to send a letter to customer service. So I mentioned that I would like my refund back I sent it on the 17th is when it was due to ask for the refund so when I sent it I said if any questions to give me a call and then I left my phone number next to my name they didn't respond for 5 days they did eventually get a hold of me and said that I need to submit a ticket and also that my other email didn't match so when I looked I didn't realize that my other email was the email that sent to them but they did and were able to get a hold of me tell me I need to send a ticket through the original email now they're stating that they can't give me my refund because it didn't use my original email which I did not realize it did that. And told me now it's past my days to collect my refund which I find very unfair and unfortunate things do happen like that apparently and I was unaware that it did do that I've asked to speak to member of management customer service keeps telling me there's nobody that I can talk to which I kind of find that if this is a big company that should have management to take care of calls like this so I will make sure on ******** and everywhere else on how this company treats their travel agents and I'll make sure that they know so I will put a lot of bad reviews in and won't stop until problem is solved.

      I have been an independent travel advisor with Inteletravel for almost 2 years and I m very happy about my decision to join exactly this company - extensive trainings, support, the culture of the company, innovations - are all the things that make working with this company a great experience. Due to being the largest host agency in the US our commission rates are amazing. I am always able to get the support whenever I need it and my commission are always paid on time. I am also pleased to see that company makes everything possible to stay in touch with all the modern technologies and educate us on how to use them properly to benefit our business. I also love the new rewards system which is a pleasant additional perk. I should give a special shout out to the amazing team of Ambassadors and Master Ambassadors who constantly help us advance and strive for more no matter what level of experience we have. There's so many opportunities to create an amazing carrier as a travel advisor with Inteletravel!

      The travel agent lied to me about a hotel reservation. I asked if the reservation was fully refundable if cancelled. ****** the agent, said that the reservation could be fully refunded. When I received the receipt and the cancellation policy, only $200 of the $1400 reservation could be refunded. This particular agent intentionally lied to me or did not understand my question. Based on the reviews here, I am going with that she is a liar, liar pants on fire.

      RUN!!!!!! Travel Agent NIGHTMARE!For the love of all things holy, do not use this agency! We booked a cruise with one of their **** who is god awful. Once the deposit was made, all h*** broke loose. My family booked a cruise, and the agent does not return calls or text to answer questions, make changes, make the payments etc. We have since found out the travel agent no longer works for the company. I have called the company 4 times trying to get them to give us the information to have our reservations released to carnival only to be given the run around. They keep telling me "we will email the agent, we will call the agent and call you back blah blah blah" I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING THEM. I have been trying since December to get our cruises taken care of as it is due to be paid off in March, NOTHING! My family is very disappointed with this agency and wishes we would have never ever used them. Today is Feb. 13th and I just hung up the phone with them only to be told someone will contact me in 24 hours. I am almost POSITIVE; I will have to be the one to reach back out to them. This place is awful! PLEASE save yourself some time and annoyance, use a different agency!

      Hello,

      I would be happy to can contact the agent directly and reassign a new agent. Our company policy is that we do not release bookings to client once a booking is booked with our credentials. As this covers us with any legal matters etc. It's very unfortunate this happen however we can get this resolved easily. All I will need the clients contact information to reach out...thanks, *******!

      My travel agent misled us with the wrong information very poor communication we missed our ship due to her negligent we paid *** ***** and didn't get anything in return no trip and no refund I will never use her service again and I advise anyone else to be careful of this poor service

      This company have changed my life!!!! I loveeee to travel and get paid commissions from this company on my own trips as well. I been in business since 2018. Yes, you get commission from your own trips. Yes you get commission for Booking other people. Join the winning Team . Don't give up?? ??. Thanks InteleTravel. From Boss Lady.
