In our findings this matter should not have been filled as a compliant with BBB. The complaintive ****** **** is not and was not a consumer of InteleTravel or our agent ******* ****. ****** is requesting information that is not privy to such individual as herself. We have the right to protect our clients information under PCI regulatory laws. As the information requested has no merit with the BBB, this particular trip was already taken goods were sold as promise. Although we are not permitted to provide such records. In good faith she was already presented with a final manifest of the of the passengers by our agent, which is all we can provide. We are not at liberty to provide a detailed invoice for each passenger for reasons mentioned above. Hello,
Please consider this matter resolved as the agent may not have correctly booked and no commissions are due. After review these bookings we find Ms. ******** did not book her bookings correctly, to ensure she would be paid from supplier. It appears Ms. ******** was not educated on how to book and with whom to book with. Briefly she was instructed to complete our training course, once complete we can assist her with booking and more. Ms. ******** has been instructed to contact the vendors she booked with for payment, as no payment was sent to us. It's believed because it was booked incorrectly by MS ********* She will follow up with the vendors for payment details if owed to her. We will review tapes regarding out CS *** being rude, as this will be addressed if needed. No money is due to her from InteleTravel.com at this time, as of now this case is resolved.

In October 2024, we planned a family vacation going to ****** ****** to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays. The trip was to take place from ************ - July 19, 2025. Our original travel agent had a medical emergency and was no longer able to continue planning our trip. Travel Agent ****** ****** with Inteletravel was recommended to her in November 2024. Our family spoke with Ms ****** in December 2024 and we began making payments to her. In January 2025, Ms ****** advised us we needed to have half of our trip paid for by February 7th and the remaining balance was due by April 5th. Several family members contacted Ms ****** to inquire about their booking and confirmation number in which she refused to provide the information to them. March 4th, we were advised by Ms ****** that she cancelled our trip on March 3rd and we would receive a refund minus the cancelation penalties. We booked a total of 15 rooms in which all had met the required payment agreement Ms ****** set up. It has been over 2 months and we have not received a refund and Ms ****** and the company will not return communication made to them. We have made several attempts in reaching out to Ms ****** and she refuses to respond. We have spoken to a manager with the company and they have now stopped communicating. This experience has ruined what would have been a joyus and exciting vacation. We now have to start over with paying for a trip that was more than halfway paid for. We did not cancel the trip, it was canceled by the agent who feels we should be penalized for it. Each room was roughly $3,200 per room.Business Response

We still have not heard back from Ms ******* She has not contacted anyone in the family concerning this matter. The legal department got involved in March and they have not given us a resolution or response either. Ms ****** has no intention on refunding us the full amount we paid to her. She plans on charging us a penalty for a trip she cancelled. We are being penalized for something we had no control over.Business Response

We booked a trip to ****** from 7/13-7/19/2025 as part of a family birthday trip with ****** ******. At her insistence we paid 1/2 of the trip on or around 2/7. She received payment to her Navy Federal account. She then moved the final payment to 4/7. On March 6, 2025, we were made aware ****** cancelled our trip. Since that time shes cut communications and has refused to return our money. We also found there were no reservations made for us. In November of 2024 my family and friends were booking a trip to ****** in July of 2025. We were going to celebrate milestone birthdays. We were directed to agent ****** ****** who is an employee of inteletravel. We had about 25 rooms and we were constantly paying on our trip. We had 2 or 3 zoom calls with her and everything seemed to be going fine. Then all of the sudden in the beginning of March we were told by the person giving the trip that ****** ****** canceled the trip. We were given no warning or reason why. We have been trying to get our money back for this trip. The person that has been contacting this company is getting the run around. Out of all the people going ONLY 2 people have gotten some of their money back. We have been trying to contact the agent which we have been blocked. I have put up over $2000 and have NOT received any money back at the time of this writing.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:This has been going on since March we are now in June. It does not take that long to return someone's money. There were only I believe 5 people out of 18 people who received partial refunds. ****** canceled this trip not the participants going on this trip so the entire money's need to be returned.
I expressed to her that I am retired and money is not plentiful. I was excited to go on this trip but now that I had come up with another $2000 I'm not as excited.
I don't want to hear they're working on it just return my money.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against InteleTravel regarding an unpaid commission that is owed to me. Despite multiple attempts to contact the companyincluding numerous phone calls and emailsI have received no response or ************* an independent travel advisor affiliated with InteleTravel, I completed a booking that qualifies for commission payment under the companys policies. However, despite fulfilling all required steps, my payment remains outstanding. The details of my complaint are as follows:Commission Due Amount: $700+Date Commission Was Expected: February 2025 Several attempts were made to contact InteleTravel including multiple phone calls and emails sent on 3/24/25, 3/27/25, 4/9/25 and 2/29/25. Despite my requests for an update from a supervisor or manager on two occasions, no replies were received.I am deeply disappointed in the lack of communication and failure to resolve this issue. The companys unwillingness to address its obligations has caused an excessive amount of time to be spent on this matter, financial strain and frustration. I request immediate action from the Better Business Bureau to mediate this situation and hold InteleTravel accountable for its failure to pay the owed commission.I am asking that InteleTravel respond to this complaint and provide the payment that is rightfully due. I have been an agent since jan 2024 with over $2k in sales and have only received $38 commission via gift card. Their customer service agents keep asking me to resubmit documents, vendors have confirmed payment was sent to Inteletravel and yet nothing is getting done. Just constant runaround. HELP!!! Hello I ******* ********* spoke with ******* and explained the policy and procedure and what caused these issues. First there have been multiple booking numbers entered by the agent that were not correct. Secondly the agent is booking small ticket items so her commissions is correct as to the commissionable amount. This was explained to the agent and she understands and was paid correctly $37.93 Which she was not paid in a gift card this was a **** card that she opted to be paid with through our payment processing center. I do see notes in the system when a manager contacted you on this and together you discovered that the last name associated with the *** was different than the one you used to receive the payment, so that is why it was not verifying with the IRS. We also understand that the updated information has been provided, and the funds have been paid out to you on 3/13. We are happy that this issue has been resolved and that you have received your payment. Since the system we use to pay the commission is connected to the *** website, it is vital that all information matches with how your taxes were filed the previous year. I pay $7.99 per month for Intelespark through InteleTravel, but I am unable to access the Intelespark portal. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to get a resolution, and I need to process guest payments before their final due date. When I reach out for support, I am instructed to submit a help desk ticket, but these often go unanswered or take too long to resolve. All my group trips are stored in their CRM, yet I cannot access any information to properly assist my clients. When I try to log in, the system prompts me to reenroll and pay again for a service I am already subscribed to!Business Response

I am responding to your BBB claim. We are sorry that you did not have access to your InteleSpark account. We recently moved this business from the 3rd party company that we were using to an in-house operation. While this transition occurred, you received a free month of service (December). The transition occurred during the month of January so you will notice that you will have two payments during the month of February. One was for January and one was for February. This occurred on the 10th and the 14th. I also see this billing was switched over on the date that you contacted CS so I do apologize for the site being down while this maintenance occurred. I see notes were left by a CS *** that you called us at 10:04am on the 10th but I also show that the maintenance finalized and billing occurred at 10:24am that same day. I can understand system maintenance can be a frustrating experience when you desire access to the portal but sometimes maintenance is necessary step that must occur for continued functionality. I do show that you have access. If you go to your InteleSpark landing page you should see the button that reads Access InteleSpark Now. Please log in and take a look, if not already. When I log in, I am prompted to access it through the Inteletravel page, resulting in a frustrating loop. Additionally, when I click "Enroll Now," it requests payment information for a service I already have. Im unable to process payments, send payment links and unable to access guest information.
