      The current $135 special is a hoax. I arrived and was told the special was a particular selection of frames, which I expected. Then I was shown the six (6) frames with blue tags that qualified. One pair was child sized. The sales *** opened a drawer that had a box with multiple "blue tagged" frames, but she would not let me look through the box. "Only the six frames on the wall", she said. I am a 70 yr old female. The six were: bright green, orange, small bright gold, over-sized blue & white, etc. She then proceeded to ****** me to buy 1 get 1 with a price sticker of over $600. I told her "thank you" and walked out. Today a man called and said my appointment was not completed and wanted to reschedule my appointment! I told him what happened, he still tried to get me to reschedule - - I told him 'NO THANK YOU!"

      STAY AWAY! My original review was 5 stars, but after I paid $200 for my glasses that got scratched after 2 weeks, I'm changing it. I tried to return them TWICE and ***** treated me like I was insane. He delayed my return passed their 30 day return window, so now I paid $200 for glasses that are scuffed to s*** The whole time he had my glasses he was talking c*** about me under his breath. Absolutely disgusting company that is obviously lacking ********* make matters worse, they claimed they have been trying to reach out to me but not once did I recieve a call. I started the process of trying to get my glasses replaced at the beginning of August and it is now November with no resolution. *****, the regional manager, claims to have personally remade my glasses and mailed them out, but tracking has not moved for weeks. Their 30 day return policy is a lie and I had to beg for updates over the course of a month. Really upsetting.

      his ********** location is completely unprofessional and misleading. I NEVER received my eye exam after being told multiple times it would be done on-site. Completed an eye over a month ago & completely payment. Instead, I was given nothing but excuses and the constant runaround. The staff claims you can complete your exam at the location, but once payment or scheduling is done, they fail to deliver or follow through.When I tried to make a complaint, they gave me a fake number another tactic to avoid accountability. Its unacceptable and unethical, especially being located right next to an Army base where many Soldiers and families rely on honest service. Stanton Optical should be ashamed of how they treat customers and should not continue to prey on service members or anyone seeking legitimate care. Its unacceptable for a business located so close to a ***** Army base to treat customers, especially service members, in this manner. I sincerely hope Stanton Optical takes action to improve their integrity, communication, and overall customer experience so others dont go through the same frustration especially US SERVICE MEMBERS.

      I had a problem with glasses I got in the nampa location, so I went into the closer boise location to have them checked, it was found to fix the main issue, I'd need to upgrade the lenses, it was a really expensive upgrade, but I had researched it previously and got the same info.The problem starts when I get the recommendation for plastic frames, I don't mind, and look for a cheap set of frames as I would, and the lady said "That won't stand up to the hi-index lenses, you need these (name brand) lenses" and pulls me to lenses costing $170 minimum, I told them I don't have that kinda money, and she kept pushing, it was beyond rude, I should have said no straight up, but she kept saying "You NEED these frames, the others will break", so either Stanton optical sells **** frames unless you spend a lot, and can get better frames elsewhere, or this lady was full of ********.

      The worst customer service ever at the ********* location. The manager was very rude when I called to ask about my daughter's contacts. They claimed they had notified me that it was available for pickup but they didn't. I had to call to find out that they had been there for w days. Very poor customer service. I will never go back there.

      BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STANTON OPTICAL FRANCHISE BECAUSE A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO MY WIFE PURCHASED SOME CONTACT LENSES PAYING OVER $400 FOR 6 PAIRS AND THE PERSON WHO SERVED US FROM BEGINNING TO FINISH DID NOT AT ANY TIME EXPLAIN THAT THE CONTACT LENSES WOULD BE FOR DISTANCE SEEING ONLY, NOW WE GO AND EXPLAIN THEM THE INCONVENIENCE AND THEY WANT US TO PAY FOR CONTACT LENSES WITH THE OPTION TO SEE NEAR AND DISTANCE, THE WORKER WITH A NAME INDIA IS A DESPOT WHO REALLY DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT SHE IS SAYING, RECOMMENDING SOME GLASSES FROM THE DOLLAR STORE FOR ME TO PUT ON OVER THE CONTACTS I CURRENTLY HAVE, IT REALLY MAKES ME AN ANSWER STUPID, INSTEAD OF BEING MORE RESPONSIBLE AND PROVIDING BETTER SERVICE, THIS COMPANY HIRES PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT YOUR EYE CARE AND ARE NOT ETHICAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE THERE TEXTING WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING.***I contacted the corporate office, but I'm waiting for a response from them. They told me I would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours because they are going to escalate my complaint ******

      I have encountered the worst possible customer experience at this **********************. They forced me to make a lease agreement with *****. I thought it was a finance transaction and turned out to be a lease agreement. I agreed to $70.00 a month which later turned out to be biweekly or $140.00. I have tried to resolve this issue but keep getting the runaround between retailer and *****. So its basically not having any right as a customer. I checked my ********************** with my regular doctor and turns out it is the wrong prescription also. The last time I tried to fix the problem they even wanted to charge me for a product that was not in my hands. A little shady if you think about it.

      Refuses a refund. The glasses I ordered were terrible and I could not see with them They promised 714-day delivery and it took over 3 weeks. I told **** the manager I'd prefer a refund. He said because it was two days over their warranty a refund was impossible. I reordered a different pair. The frames were cheaper, and I only wanted regular lenses not the trifocal lenses. All of this was probably $200 cheaper. When I asked for a refund on the cheaper order, he still refused and said no credit would be given. I explained on first order that it was passed the 30 days for refund only because they failed to deliver on time. Still no refund. I now have a pair of very cheap glasses that do not fit well and still cannot use. ****** learned-do not do business with Stanton!

      Worst glasses I have ever had. A film covers the lenses that you can't remove. The lady thst works there said they are all like that, they are suppose to have that film. We'll I nor my daughter will.ever go there again

      Untrustworthy- deceptive- supply chain inadequate- employees shadey & lazy uneducated about products their selling!I felt that sense that because I am mute (I am not vocal)they (the employees present) did not want my business! Discrimination!
