      I signed up for a service and got nothing. After reaching out by email I got this:"Due to a recent surge of requests, our one singular human admin is filtering through numerous groups with hundreds and hundreds of request. They are going in the order in which all requests were submitted to remain fair and impartial. This will result in longer than expected acceptance times and we cant say when or if your request will be accepted (if you do indeed qualify for the specific group based off membership access). We thank you for your patience and appreciate your understanding. -Sincerely,***************************** Director of Operations"Then 58 days later, still nothing for $200.

      *****, On 11/10/23, you purchased a membership to our Exotic Car Hacks product. Within an hour of your purchase, we received your email inquiry regarding your acceptance into our private community. Unfortunately this purchase occurred during our Black Friday sales promotion and you were informed that group acceptances could take up to 48 hours as this is a task performed manually. Since that email was sent, we have followed up and replied to your complaints with zero correspondence from you. To be clear, immediately after purchase you were instantly granted access to the rest of the product suite that was accessible at ExoticCarHacks.com. Simultaneously you opened a dispute through Paypal with incorrect claims that you were not given access to your purchase. We would have been happy to provide a solution to any of these issues if you had responded to any of our follow-up emails. Without communication we have found it hard to obtain a resolution on any side.
