      A charge showed up in my PayPal Account for a business called Secret Consulting, **** When I couldn't determine who the organization was i filed a dispute with PayPal. Later when I could no longer log into Watch Trader ********** learned that the charge was from them and was legitimate. In November, there was no reference on their website to Secret Consulting.Once I realized , while the fees were in dispute, I offered to repay the money, but was told I could only rejoin if I paid a $200 penalty. I declined. Later PayPal said they were approved charges, so ********************* was paid. So now, they have been paid and still refuse to reactivate my account without the $200 and they are not willing to refund my money. So basically they have $988 dollars and I have not received the service I paid for.

      This situation is truly very unfortunate but sadly this customer violated our legal terms and conditions by disputing all of their viable charges.


      When purchased with PayPal our main company Secret Consulting Inc can come up as the charger. However, when one purchases the content, usually there is a description that PayPal also provides for the product in question, or at the very least the charged amounts which one could then simply deduce what the charges were in reference to and inquire with the charger further about the name discrepancy. 


      However this customer chose to do none of that.  No email of inquiry was ever made. The customer chose to digest and utilize the digital content for an extended period of time, then dispute the charges in an attempt to get their funds back without seeking resolution with us prior which PayPal and most banks recommend you do. 


      This is a direct violation of our terms and conditions and so as clearly stated once a dispute is initiated, regardless of the outcome, customers are not allowed back in our course as disputes GREATLY hurt small businesses and create derogatory marks that could prevent the ability to process payments in the future, and require fees to be paid by the merchant that arent returned regardless of the outcome. 


      Even though it was agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase that disputing would result in loss of access, we went ahead and offered a compromise in the way of a reinstatement fee (a percentage of the disputed items) that would allow them to circumvent a clearly stated dispute clause. 


      They chose to not act on this offer then proceeded to go silent for 4+ months until today when they inquired further on why they didnt have access. Then because we reiterated the situation, the cause and effect, and the outcome they have taken to BBB to file their grievances, which is of course within their rights. 


      However there are two sides to every story and we want to assure BBB and future students that we run a legitimate business, but we do not appreciate nor do we tolerate those who harm our institution just to attempt to get a refund after having already utilized the services we provide.
