Can't get anyone at Next Auto protection to answer the phone to file a claim. I have tried all 3 phone numbers with no response. The service manager at the **** dealer also tried with no luck getting through. I have a vehicle service agreement and want Next Auto protection to honor it.

Trash. They only cover aftermarket parts, and $100 an hour labor. Find me a mechanic that ony charges $100 an hour! Average is $177. And they have cleverly omitted hundreds of likely to fail parts from their policy. This is total junk. Don't buy from them OR ******.

A ******* calls sells me on coverage for 5 years paying initial 109. He says he can get the "girls" to cancel my current service contract with the dealer I bought the car from. Before hanging up I ask about this because he said it would be done via email but I insisted so he told me to call the 888 number and ask for cancellation. There's no way a credible business is going to operate without having a way for their clients to reach them and there definitely seems no response will be had from calling that number. I've read so many reviews citing the same thing which means we have some THIEVES on hand & those never prosper. You reap what you sow though so do not think you will be getting away with it just because you are seeing some easy money now. These debts will be repaid one way or another. However if this is a legit company and you intend to honor your agreements you have to provide a way for customers to reliably communicate. I hope this is the case for your sake or the people whom I spoke with being a female assuming the name ******** and a male assuming the name *******; you will swiftly perish.
