I've been calling 3 weeks straight haven't got any answers no replies I have left several messages and where my vehicle is at they are waiting on next auto protection to give them a call as well but have not responded either my name *********************************'s Concerning My 2008 Cadillac Escalade- [Quality auto service] where my vehicle is at now I have done business before with this same company never had this problem What's going on? I have a policy with them for $139. It doesnt cover everything I needed so I called numerous times to cancel my policy with no answer. My original cancellation, I was told to mail their corporation a letter stating I wanted a prorated refund along with my information. I have done that back in December **************************************************************************************************************** my bank statements they have continued to take money out of my account without regards to answering me my phone calls and my emails. I want my money back. I no longer have the vehicle on the policy and despite that knowledge they have still not given me my money back. Direct deposit, no checks. I had been told over the phone that my monthly pay would be 115$. When I got the charge it was for 139$. I had spoke to a lady who said she would email me her info as I would be speaking with her she would be my Warrenty rep (or something along those lines) she never gave me her number email no contact info. Was sold a car warranty on 12/29/22 it was $129 down. They deducted the money 1/3/23 from my account. They was supposed to send me information about the warranty. I was contacted by ******* and she told me that there business was bbb accredited and theyve been in business for 20 years.. which both where false advertisement when I checked the bbb website.. she told me that Id get an email confirmation for my purchasing there coverage and I havent gotten an email.. Ive left multiple messages for there company to contact me.. I want to cancel my policy and want a full refund.. falsifying information is a crime and horrible customer service.. no one answers there phone which is another problem for me.. I just want my money back, I dont want to deal with dishonest companies period.. I work hard for my money so being scammed and manipulated out of it isnt acceptable period..date of purchase was December 1 2022 and date I researched them was later on that night.. when I didnt recieve confirmation email from them and I read the reviews plus bbb information on the company that shows me that they completely lied to me about the fundamentals of what I was looking for accredited services which they are not but told me they where.. This is the most *************** Ive ever seen, they dont answer phone calls and dont reply to email the ONLY reason this company exists is to SCAM and steal your Money, STAY THE **** AWAY FROM NEXT AUTO PROTECTION because you will be disappointed. On October 21,2022, I purchased a Car Warranty Policy for $139.00/month from an agent who called me. ***** spoke with a verifier, and finally a finance person, ********, who said she had a coupon to lower my rate to $119/ month. They said I would get an email immediately with the policy details and their personal contact information followed by the physical policy in the mail. They were all very *****************. I asked the name of the carrier but they only divulged that they are a leader in the industry, located in ************,A week later, after getting no email or policy, I sent a text to the number that called me. No response. My credit card was billed $139. I tried calling **************, which is also listed on my bill but the phone was busy. Another call, rang then was cut off.Based on the reviews seen here, this is a dishonest company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company since I cannot reach them. I spent 119 for my protection plan. Service for my car anything mechanical will be paid and I will have a 100 deductible. I was told my other protection plan I purchased for 150 would be cancelled through them so I wouldnt have to contact them myself. I would get my deposit back and my plan would be cancelled. I been paying this place for months,and for months I have been trying to get a hold of someone to cancel the extended warranty coverage on my car .I have left several messages cant get anybody to answer the phone nobody will return any of my calls.
