I, ***** *****, am requesting that you cancel my Points Unlimited subscription, effective immediately, and provide a full refund of $2094, as I have not received any timeshare rentals since 4/25/24, with 360 days having passed, and in accordance with the attached contract, which outlines the terms, including the expiration date of 08/25', I am requesting reimbursement and anticipate a full refund of the membership fee. I have called (The only number listed goes to an answering service) with no call back, no response to my emails or messages! Was promised if I paid a sum of 2394 on 2/20/24.. they would rent out my weeks from my wyndham time share and I would make a profit when they were rented out. I only received a handful of rental request which are never available to be rented. They paused my contract without me knowing stating because I didn't respond to an email. When I called at end of 12 months to get my money back they stated my account was paused. They restarted it again and should be at my 12 months at this point to get my refund but can't ever get someone on the phone. They always state all lines are taken and someone will call back but never hear from them. Really needing my money back bc I have waited well over 12 months that they agreed to return money.Business Response

Paid Points Unlimited to market my rental property for 180 days and an additional 180 day if no sale occurred in the 1st 180 days. The information the business send BBB is a blatan Lie. They have not called me since I have been reaching out to them from around March of 2025. All I get is we will relay your message to the team. I was approached in May 2024 to list six of my **************** Vacation weeks for rental. I was assured that the $300 per week that I was asked to pay ($1,800 total) would be refunded if I did not receive any rentals from their marketing efforts. The original timeline I was given was 180 days. With no successful rentals after 180 days I contacted them for my refund. I was told that they would extend the contract another 180 days and if after that timeframe, I have not received any successful rentals I would be eligible for my refund. Well, one year came and went in now May 2025. I contact the company and was reassured that its not a problem. They will get somebody to work on my refund and contact me back within a week. (Spoke with ******). No contact. So I reach out again. I am told they will get someone to call me. (Spoke with ******). Nobody calls. I call again. Im told it will be elevated to a manager and will take up to three days. (Spoke with ******). Again no contact. I call again and told theyre not sure whats happened. It will again be sent over to a manager and I should hear back within 24 to 48 hours. (Spoke with unknown female customer support). No call. I call multiple times only to be placed on holds which automatically end my calls after 76 minutes! So when I call yesterday (spoke with ******), I explain I havent received any call in over a month so I will continue calling every 20 minutes until I can speak with a manager. Then my phone number is blocked at 3:30pm. I call using a different number and speak to Maya at 3:36pm and she reassures me she will put me on hold and get a manager on the line. I end up forwarded to a voicemail for *****. I left another voicemail asking for a call. NO CONTACT AGAIN!! I have sent emails to customer support with no response. The link to the property and website now both do not work. I just want my refund.Business Response

The last offer I received was on March 3, 2025 at 1:41pm for dates March *****, 2025 in *********. I responded at 10:01pm that no dates were available for that time period.
Every offer I have received I responded immediately (July 24, 2024 - responded the July 25, 2024; August 21, 2024 - responded August 22, 2024; December 9, 2024 - responded December 10, 2024; January 15, 2025 - responded same day; February 5 - responded same day. Either none of the requested dates were available at the requested location or the offers were cancelled.

This company promises to sell time share property that I was due. I paided them ******* to do so. They gave me a return date of 30 to 90 days to see results. And a one year money back. Well as of April 20 2025 it has been one year. Now when I call no one answers no one returns my calls. I tried talking to them when they did answer about the issue back in January 2025. Points Unlimited called me on 1/17/2024 to get me *** sell my points for my time share. I paid $300 for 6 points with the promise that people were waiting as we spoke. I received several requests which I returned, and they decided after that they didnt want it. I spoke to ***** **** on a private number that no longer exist. Every time I call now they put me on hold for 15 minutes then come back and say very busy with other customers. NEVER CALL BACK. on 2/19/24 *********** offered to assist with selling time share options in exchange money was given to them. They requested to have at least 6 months before requesting a refund. Back on April 16, 2024, I was contacted by Points Unlimited and told that for $2394, they could sell my six weeks that I have through *** for a minimum of $1600 per week. I hesitated and even told the man I would need to speak to my husband before committing. He went on to pursuade me to do it anyway. He said it would take 180 days until receiving offers. Once I did receive an "offer", I followed the directions and there was nothing on the *** page that where the email with the offer instruct that I go. When I called ***, they informed me that they are not affiliated with Points Unlimited and that they had received multiple calls about this program and that it is fraudulant. Points Unlimited refuses to refund the $2394 because I signed saying I had 10 days to resend the offer. Well, if I wouldn't get an offer for *********************************************************** 10 days. I want my money back, as well as the interest that has accured on my credit card.Business Response
