    ITS A SCAM!! They promised to fix our company ****** account. We dont know why ****** locked it in the first place. But shortly after we started receiving spam calls from Simply Listed promising they would fix and manage our ****** account for life. So ****** later The next day they set you up with a zoom call from a seperate department to jam a marketing program down you're throat. We initially refused. But the customer service *** ***** lied and told us that more marketing exposure will help verify our business faster with ****** and help unlock our account. They also promised that the appeal went through with ****** and was pending. So ****** later and endless phone calls and empty promises. Guess what? Our ****** account is still locked! When we asked for a refund we were told a manager would call us the *** couldn't issue refunds. They continued to lie to us over and over this is why it's been over 3 months. So today *** ****** put me on hold for 5 minutes and pointed me to their refund policy. said our refund was denied that they fulfilled their service. Really how the account is still locked! This is absolutely unacceptable and its a scam! Please reserch companies before using them. This is a predatory practice. They state ****** account management for life. Promised everything is ok. Our account is still locked. There is no proof they did anything. Were out over ****** If we hadn't been lied to about the marketing will help and their promises on the ****** appeals we would have never paid them a dime! So now We have to use another company to help us and pay an additional ****** to them

    what this company does is it goes through various Websitesthat allow you to post your properties for sale by owner (zillow in my insyance), It gets your information and then Will ENDLESSLY solicit you To buy its MLS listing service.

    Olivia's phone presence best. That's important to me. Building business relationships Takes time look into my small business See key words are listed. My business hands on everything I do listed. Don't appreciate see other businesses taking my business key words Don't offer products or services. Misleading. Need your business help me get on top.

    They said my website was a additional 2 months out. Payment was made 2 months ago? The hosted my ****** account and nothing has changed. Don't use them. Let's see if I get my $1000.00 back. I will keep you all updated.

    We rebuilt your website for your 3 different times. Getting in contact with you is an endless battle and when you do respond, it is only through email in which you tell us "everything looks great". 

    We are honestly at a loss on this complaint. We have done 3 different website builds for you and then proceeded to host your website for free for 7 months ($350 in cost).

I have experienced significant issues that have negatively impacted my business and online presence.Details of Complaint:Account Suspension Without Cause Prior to engaging with Simply Listed, I maintained a top-rated ****** Business profile for At Home Texas Realty This profile included numerous positive reviews and professional photos Shortly after beginning services with Simply Listed, my ****** account was unexpectedly suspended This suspension occurred without warning or explanation Lack of Customer Support I attempted to resolve this issue through proper channels by submitting support tickets daily Phone calls went unanswered consistently After multiple attempts to seek assistance, I received an email from the support team instructing me to stop submitting tickets This response demonstrated a clear unwillingness to address the underlying issue Service Performance Issues Since engaging Simply Listed's services, I have not observed any new accounts being generated for At Home ************ My business profile has consistently underperformed, never ranking higher than position #2 in local search results for *************, ***** This represents a significant decline in visibility from my previous online presence Financial Impact The suspension of my ****** Business profile has resulted in lost business opportunities The lack of new account generation and poor search ranking has impacted my ability to compete in the local market I have not received the services promised when engaging with Simply Listed Desired Resolution:Immediate restoration of my ****** Business profile Compensation for lost business opportunities during the account suspension period A full audit of Simply Listed's actions regarding my account Implementation of proper customer support protocols to prevent similar situations

    You employed us to unsuspend your ****** account and you then submitted your own ticket to try to unsuspend the account. We are not able to do anything to rectify this issue as you are the one who, created the issue. 


    We just spoke on the phone and currently we will need to wait on a response from ****** for the support ticket that you yourself created. We cannot do anything as this was all enacted on your side and had nothing to do with our services nor our representatives contacting ******. 


    We feel it is incredibly unfair for you to write such a scathing review of our services when 1. You only employed us 2 weeks ago and 2. You created the issue by submitting your own support ticket with ****** when we had zero involvement with the suspension or the submission to resolve the suspension. 


    In summary, you created an issue with your ****** account, wrote a terrible review on BBB about our company and now we have to wait to rectify the issue that you created to resolve the suspension and hopefully you will remove this review (again all having to do with an issue you created yourself)

    I used Simply Listed for over a year. They called me when my google account became suspended. They told me they were a third party partner with Google and could help me get back up and improve my NAP to make my business SEO perform the best it could with their own software. The cost was 500 or so to get reinstated and 199 a month to keep actively enrolled to 70 some odd search engines. They said confidently they would manage my account, make changes based on my profile performance data ext.. In that year my profile had a few issues that I had found and had to call them on. I increased my google reviews from 60 to 230 five star rating. My profile never performed better that 6-7 in searching for my local service market. I again found myself doing my own research to find out why and the only real difference I could see between me and my competitors with 30 reviews rated under five stars was a physical address. I called my SL account manager and asked him about this. I was given advice by him to just get a PO box and I question him on it. He put me on hold to ask his manager and came back to say that yes that would violate google so we shouldn't do that. I found an office and asked them if it would work before I signed a lease. They said yes get that office and they would update my account for me. I did and after my verification with google my account was suspended again. I got them every doc they requested to appeal it and that was denied. I again had to do my own research on what was going on. I found google has a directory for partner companies and they were NOT on it like they had told me. My NAP was never fixed like they claimed. I now understood why my profile never performed well. A year of time and all that money paid to them has greatly affected my business in such a negative way. I have lost more money than just what I have paid them to do a shoty job. Make sure you use Google partner directory and keep your business as far away from simply listed as possible!
