    The payment of **** CAD AND **** USD came out on July 13 and I have no idea what the charge is for and Id like to know why money is randomly being taken out of my account for unknown reasons/subscriptions.

There you will find the charges as well as have the ability to cancel future billing. I want to make you aware of the fact that your payment was 3DS authenticated, meaning there is someone who knows your personal details and can verify this information with your bank to successfully charge on your payment options.     I have been charged from segpay $6.80 for the last several months and I have no idea what for, I want to be refunded all charges on my account from **********************

    These transactions are for the website feetfinder.com, that started billing on 6/8/2022. At this time your personal payment details were 3DS authenticated by someone to start this online membership. They had/have the ability to answer your specific details that match your banking credentials for approval of the purchase. Please contact us at cs.segpay.com as soon as possible in order to assist you further with your fraud claim. Make sure that you let the agent know that you consider the charges fraudulent, this will initiate our block protocols within our system.     Have been getting $9.99 charges on my bank account going back years.I have never had contact in anyway with segpay or whatever services they provide. Charges with dates are included in images im uploading. Im not sure exactly how long its been going on for.I want all my money returned to me and make sure I wont be charged again for this.

    Based on your email address I was able to locate a recurring monthly membership for the website reidmylips.elxcomplete.com. It was canceled by you via your PayPal account on 7/5/2022, and there are no current charges. Using your name I found 60 ********************************* in our system. In order for you to narrow down the charges, use our self-service website at cs.segpay.com. There you can enter your details to locate, cancel, and request a refund. Once we are able to locate your information we can then block your details to ensure you do not receive any further billing. Let me know if you need any additional assistance as our website also provides a direct phone number, email address, and live chat link to link with a live agent.

    I have no idea what my transaction date is but after I noticed the payments coming out of my bank account, I changed cards and they still continue to take it out of my bank account. I contacted them to cancel, and they could not provide me with a service that warranted these payments. When I made a ****** review to warn others, they chimed in and completely made up an entire review, and suddenly they were able to magically think of a service that they couldn't comprehend to me over the phone.

There you have the ability to see all of your transactions through PayPal and your credit cards. Someone has signed up with **** as well as ********* in our system. I will reiterate if these are not your purchases there is someone that has your personal payment details to verify and make successful transactions. The websites that your information is attached to are flingster.com, momswithboys.com, cam4.com, brandtsboys.com. As I stated on ****** best way to get to the bottom of this is to contact us directly. I am here for you to resolve this whenever you are ready, leaving reviews doesn't negate what is in our system.     I noticed a payment for SegPay on my banking app on April 30th 2023. I have not authorized this payment and I have no idea what this charge is for. The charge was for $21.21. I have not made any online purchases recently and I feel very uncomfortable that money is being taken directly out of my account without any connection to what it would have been for. I would like to cancel any recurring charges that might happen as I did not consent to any, a refund for the charge that has occurred, and an explanation as to where it came from in the first place so I can avoid this in the future if possible.

    I was charged on 3/19 and 4/17. I did not ever interact with this site nor did I make purchases those days. I need my paypal and any credit or debit information removed and a return of my funds.

    I have a transaction from this company and Ive never even heard of it. The amount of $29.99 came out of my account on 04/17/2023 and I need it refunded. I dont understand why this is a constant problem for this company ** Ive scrolled and see a few more people complaining about not even knowing about this company and getting money taken out of their accounts. Sounds to me like a law suit needs to be filed. This problem needs to be fixed or someone can fix it for yall.

    I've gotten 4 charges on my PayPal account which is unexpected as I have never used segpay before, two being 1 dollar on 04/15/23 and the other 2 being 39 usd on (04/15/23) and (04/14/23) which shocked me since like I said never used this and from paypal perspective they cant really help me at all since its out of there control and unauthorized I would love a full refund as I need my money.

    Based on the details of your complaint, I was able to locate two accounts. You are in the middle of a dispute process with your bank, I am unsure of what you need from me at this time. If you had contacted us first our team would have issued the refund immediately. At this time we are at the mercy of your bank (PayPal) and will honor whatever decision they arrive at once the have completed the investigation. I assure you there is no hold up on our end we have already submitted the documents requested by them. Going forward I would suggest contacting the company directly before going to the bank for a faster resolution.     Hi. Last April and this April I have received two charges of ***** from segpay.com ******* never even heard of them. I dont even know how they got my information and Im really distraught that they were to do this twice. I even had to cancel my card
