As I was checking my bank statement, I noticed that I was charged $4.99 each month in June, July, August, September, and October. I have no idea as to what this is, as Ive never subscribed or heard of this before. I am highly upset about this and cannot understand as to why it has happened. It shouldnt be this difficult to find out who and what is charging your card.Business Response

Rest assured, I will get this issue resolved for you. This is for a recurring subscription for the website **************. The original charge was 3DS authenticated by request of your bank, which means someone was able to verify information specific to you in order to allow a successful charge. I have issued a refund for the last three months and blocked all of your information as fraud, this will ensure that you do not have any further charges from Segpay. In order for you to receive these credits successfully make sure that the original credit card is available for credits. I was charged **** from SEGPAY.COM *FLRT LLC and I have no idea what Segpay is. I dont want to be charged anymore and I dont know how to cancel because I dont have a transaction or account number. This is because I didnt even know I had an account with you. It seems this happens a lot and I hope you just fix it and respond.Business Response

I have never interacted with this company before, yet they somehow used my debit card to set up a $4.99 monthly subscription. Looks to me like this company is run by ********.Business Response

The transactions that you are referencing are for your **********.com subscription. This membership was initiated on 7/18/2022 and was 3DS verified at the time of sign-up. During your initial purchase your bank requested specific details that only you know the answers to in order to ensure that this was not suspicious activity. Those questions were answered correctly thus allowing the processing of the charge.

Your initial sign-up on 8/16/2022, is what prompted the two additional charges in September and October. The initial transaction was 3DS authenticated as requested by your bank to ensure that there was no suspicious activity.
I also see that you contacted our customer service team on 10/15/2022, where you filed a fraud claim. There were two refunds processed in the amount of $4.99 each and your information was blocked in our fraud queue.
