    I saw this company advertising at the **************. I went up to their booth and signed up to win free windows which we all know nothing is free. Needless to say I got a call stating I won a $1000 in credit to purchase windows through them. It was very pleasant and when the gentleman came to measure and gave me pricing it went all downhill. I kept trying to get out of placing the order but I wasn't paying attention when he asked if I was ready to place the order. Then he told me that they have a 3 day cancellation and he did give me a total of 5 days because of my hesitance. I got a quote the following morning that was 4x less. I couldn't believe the difference despite the cost of install and permits there was no way to be that way out of reason and the brand I quoted with was PGT (apples to apples) . I turned in my cancelation form immediately. I called to verify the cancelation and they transferred me to a gentleman (if you can call him that) ***********************. He proceeded to tell me that we didn't have good credit and we wouldn't be able to afford or find a better deal anywhere else and that he didn't want our business anyway. I am glad this went the way it did but I want to warn others of the type of company and individuals run this company.
