      Had issues with my neighbor harassing me and since they got their fence with ****** for sake of ascetic, I went with them as well.However. First I was told I would receive a install date within 2 weeks, they called the 2nd week and gave a date weeks out.I complained and was told they were 5 to 6 weeks behind. Not mentioned at anytime during the estimate or the payment in full.The install date came and there are about 8 pieces of wood that have issues. Either rot, mold or split from the install.When I first called and sent photos, I assumed someone would come out to look but the installer showed up with one replacement piece. I sent a text with additional photos and had to follow up again to be told that if I wasn't happy, I can upgrade to a vinyl fence for about $700 ******* im given subpar wood and their solution is to push me into an upgrade?I wasn't given anything to sign. No work order left and the note on the work order in big, handwritten letters was that im being stalked by my neighbor.The door also is not hung properly and any push on the fence causes it to shift.The cut on the door where the handle is is also not done properly because I keep getting splinters when opening the gate from the outside.I want the bad pieces of wood replaced and the place where the lock is, properly cut. Ive also noticed several issues with my neighbor's fence with split wood on the outside.

      I called back on November 26, 2024 and paid for services to get a gate added and an expansion of another side of my gate. The house we just purchased already has a fence installed by Daves Fencing so I figured since they installed the original fence Id get them to do the addition. They said as soon as the materials come in they would set up and install date. Fast forward almost two months and they setup an install date at the end of January. That day came and received a call saying the material truck has been delayed they would call for a new install date. Received a call asking if Feb 6th was a good day. I called back and told them yes. Feb 6th came and no one showed up. Called and spoke to **** and she said we werent on the schedule trying to find out why and would call Me back. Never got a call back so on Friday I called three times to get a hold of **** who never was there when I called. Called back on Monday still **** wasnt there yet until I finally got a hold of her at 230pm. She said she would find out what happened. Called me back ****************************************************** I wanted a call back the next morning on when the *** would be for the install or a refund on which she said she would call back in the looking. 1230 the next day I called and **** wasnt in and didnt know when she would be to call back tomorrow after 11am. 2 1/2 months later after I paid them for the service still have no idea when my fence add ons will be completed. Poor customer service in an actual answer and even follow up calls to keep the customer happy. At this point I just want my money back so I can find a company who will complete this job in a timely manner.

      We paid ****** Fence to come out for a repair on November 21st, 2024. As soon as they left, the fence came apart again. Another crew came out and said not only did the previous crew repair the damage incorrectly, the original installers installed the fence without any support. They attempted to correct the repair we had paid for but it was done so unprofessionally, they said another crew would have to come back due to them making wrong cuts. The entire left slide would have to be removed and replaced. Since November, I've been trying to get ****** to come out and correct the job we just paid for. They rescheduled six times already. First couples times there was no communication on when they were coming out. Second time the crew tried convincing me they came out but needed me to lock my dog inside...I don't have a dog. The next couples times were complete no shows and today became "the crew that was scheduled called out". I have photos of the damage and my phone log to show the numerous calls I had to make to ******. I have text messages to the company dating back to November as well.

      I called 7 times for my fence damage due to hurricane in oct 2024. I sent email on Oct 16th with a damaged fence picture. I didn't get any response from the company. Now my friend came to help to fix this, and found out the rails are different then what he had and he called the company. Someone one said these rails are not carrying with the ******* I still called them they told call me back when they get the quote. It's been 2 months no any quote or call back.

      On or around 11/23 we contacted ****** fence to replace our then compromised fence we also put a deposit down of ***** plus dollars. During the process there was a lot of issues regarding signatures for the permits between ****** fence and our property management company. Ultimately the fence job never happened. On or around October of this year we contacted ****** fence several times regarding the refund of the deposit it's been extremely difficult to get that refund from them. Specifically from the office manager. I'd like to add the initial interaction with this company was pleasant untill it came time to process the refund in the amount of $2,821.00 after deducting whatever fees they found necessary.

      While this company did not contact me I finally received my refund check almost 2 months later on December 17 2024. The initial request for a refund was October 14 2024. Recorded call logs will show the numerous times I reached out leaving my contact information. The level of unprofessionalism I  have experienced with this company is by far one of the worst experiences.

      In September 2023 I contracted with Daves Fence company to install a fence at my home. I paid a deposit of *******. After many months of applying for different variances with the county which would add several thousands of dollars to the total cost of the fence I decided I could not afford to proceed with the installation. I have now spent 2 month trying to reach Daves Fence Company to request a refund of my ******* deposit. Ive been very nice and very patient understanding that Im not the only customer. *** left over 10 messages, spoken to 1 person claiming the check is in the mail I will follow up and call you back with no return phone call. Im at the end of my rope with this company. What would the best next step be to resolve my issue?

      I had this company install a fence Dec of this year. They installed it incorrectly by installing the fence first and not starting with the gate first. Because they did the install incorrectly it left a sizeable Gap on both sides. I've reached out several times all they would say is that they would call me back. No call backs. They did once say that they would correct the issue by Christmas and that didn't happen either. Now they are avoiding the whole incident and not holding themselves accountable for their actions. Please help me in this matter.

      I have had all my fencing done by Dave's fence. Amounts to thousands of dollars. I have always been satisfied until now. During the last storm I had one section of my fence destroyed by a tree limb . I called Dave's to repair and sent photos for evaluation and estimate. When I called back I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get an estimate. They were too busy and too big a company. This is how they treat me when I need help after fencing my one acre lot.

      After a storm it takes an extra amount of time for us to regroup. Our office was without power and phones for three days. We are also individuals dealing with the problems of the storm as well with multiple employees not having power. We apologize for the delay and promise to get to our customers as absolutely as quickly as possible. We are not too big for anyone but we have received thousands of request for repair. We strive to take care of everyone in a timely manner.

      ****'s Fence installed our vinyl fence at our home 1 year ago. Initially we had no problems with it but several months ago they needed to come fix one of the gates they installed incorrectly, and they did. After Hurricane *** our fence started leaning. I called the office several times only to be told that I needed to send pictures so they could send us a quote for repair. We explained that upon inspection, the reason why the fence was leaning and posts loose in the holes was because you could clearly see that they did not use enough cement when installing the fence. The lady I spoke with on the phone said they only guarantee their work for the first 90 days, that each post hole is filled with 1/2 bag of cement, so if we were experiencing a problem it wasn't from their install. I asked several times to please send someone to our house to actually see what we were trying to describe and they will not send anyone out. I have all of the emails exchanged and have been told they will get back to us with an estimate for repair in a few days...then it was a few weeks. No one has contacted us to make this right. We are very unhappy with ****'s Fence and want to warn anyone who is having fence work done to beware! They are quick to want to get paid for their service but do not want to acknowledge customers who have issues with the installations after the work is done and they are paid. ****'s Fence should be held accountable to repair our fence and this time install it correctly!!

      We paid $4000 for a fence to be installed. 2 posts are not secure. Dave's fence wants to charge us $395 to fix it even though it was not installed correctly. We found the people who put in the fence cut our water line to sprinkler. and put duct tape over it. Put concrete in there to cover it up. They violated contract because posts are not 3 feet in the ground. We want our $4000 back and it fixed.
