    Called Auto Computer Exchange, on Wednesday 4/19/23, to see if they had an Cummins EMC in stock. The man that answered said they did have the item needed in-stock!!! I ask for over night shipment. He told me he would ship it out on 4/20/23 and is would arrive on Saturday 4/22/23 I paid them $1489.00 via credit card. The payment was to cover the *** item and shipment.Item did not show up on 4/22/23 I called Auto Computer Exchange to let them know the item didnt show up I ask for tracking number so I could check on location of shipment, since item did not arrive.Man at business said he would check on it and get back with me He did not return call I called them again Was told there was a problem and it was going to be here Thursday 4/27/23 before 8pm4/27/23 No delivery again!!! I called Auto Computer Exchange again I told them that I still hadnt received the item!! I asked again for the shipping number and name of shipping company and I would fine out what the hold up was. The man hung up on **** have tried several times to get ahold of them they will not answer my phone callsIts Friday 4/28/23!!! No delivery!!! No response from themNo money returnedThey will not answer my phone calls!! Something needs to be done with companies like this Thank You!***********************

    Order number **** placed on oct 19 2022 for a replacement (refurbished) computer for my truck for $899 after getting a bad computer from the company I contacted them and they agreed to send out a replacement (original computer that came on the truck starts and runs truck new one does nothing) replacement computer didn't do anything just like the first put the original computer back in and truck will run. Contacted company again and they agreed to issue a refund. Company received second computer back on Nov the 9th 2022. Contacted company on average 2 times a week since end of November and nobody knows why I haven't gotten my refund. Every time I ask to talk to the boss or accounting they are not in. It has been almost 4 months since they have agreed to give a full refund and gotten the computer back and I have still not received a refund.

    **** is not a manager and said there is nothing she can do since it's an online order tried calling another number she gave me and there was no answer. Still waiting on a refund it has now been over 4 months and dozens of calls.
