    Owes me money from Feb 2024 sale. Its now Sept 2024. Will nit return calls or emails.

    My mom and I recently moved to Florida from Kentucky. While trying to find housing we considered buying an RV. We found one we liked at Planet RV. My mom applied for financing through Planet RV for the RV. They asked for a $500 deposit. The financing was taking a couple days and the salesman was asking for different paperwork and we felt like we were not going to get approved. We went and found a trailer to rent because we needed a home. We emailed the salesman while we were signing the paperwork to cancel the application process because we found a home. They refuse to give my mom’s $500 back because hours after we sent the sales rep an email he called my mom and said she was approved. My mom explained to him we canceled the contract hours ago. He’s claiming he never received the email, and my mom cannot get her $500 back because we were approved. My mom has called all week and the owners will not get back with her. They called today saying a bunch of lies about how others were interested in the RV and they missed out on money and how the sales rep worked all night to get my mom approved. My mom said she would gladly pay him for his work but not $500. These people are crooks and took my mom’s money and we do not have that kind of money to be throwing away on their lush lifestyle. They are crooks!!! Stay away from this business. I wish I had read the reviews before going here.

    They are out to steal and scam people. We signed a contract in September of 2023, it's been over 4 months now and they still owe me money. They are a very shady and sneaky dealer. I would avoid going there at all costs. I've been trying to communicate with them (********* and ****) but they're always hiding.There are so many other better RV dealers. Don't get scammed by Planet RV.
