    I cancelled my extend warranty for lack of coverage. They owe me money(March 2024). I have not seen dime. Keep getting the run around about how they are out of money. Of course I just want my money.

    I received a registered letter from ************* ************* on 02/05/2024 (copy attached) that a warranty service I purchased from The RV Advisor LLC on 08/08/2023 has not been paid for and is not in effect. I have emailed and called RV Advisor without any response.I did speak with *********************************** from the warranty company, and she informed me that 12 other customers from RV Advisor have the same problem of nonpayment with RV Advisor, which *********************** owns. I have filed a dispute with my bank, PNC, to reverse all payments, if possible, which total $13,999.00 I have no reason to believe the other services were sold in good faith, and I do not wish to do any further business with this company. I am considering legal action as well. I was limited to 5 MB on what I could send, but I have more complete documentation to support my claim.

    I had purchased a ** from ** Sales of Broward on December 2, 2023. I still have not received my title or registration. I have reached out to them numerous time within the months of December and January to get this issue resolved. Only to find out on February 2, 2024 that I have not received my title/registration because the lien has not been satisfied with the bank. I had paid for the ** in full the day of signing. The bank lien should not take over two months to be released. I would like the title transfer to be completed.

    A salesman from this business offered me financing in order to secure the purchase of an RV, verbally guaranteeing that if the financing fails, my full security deposit will be refunded. It was on this basis that I provided an initial deposit of $1200. The next day, this salesman affirmed that the financing had succeeded and, on this basis, I provided an additional $3575. Hours later, I returned to finalize paperwork, only to discover that the salesman had mysteriously quit the company within the time span of my exit and that the financing had failed. Upon requesting my money back, I was informed that no payment will be refunded unless I wait for the vehicle to be sold, at which point only a partial refund was offered. I have attempted to directly communicate with the owner on five separate occasions, throughout which she has always been too preoccupied to explain the status of my $5000. I am an 18 year old, and virtually all of the money that I have saved by working for the last few months is being jeopardized by this companys behavior. I need my money back.
