      Company is not legitimate. No one answers phone or email. We have been waiting on window order for months now with zero contact, updates or follow up. We cant even can cancel or dispute with the issue with them because they dont answer their phones. They have false advertising and are operating under multiple names including hurrucaneshutters.com. They need to be shut down.

      A lady called after I contacted HD Big Box Store- she set up an appointment with for Wed Feb 28 with a 4 hour window (1- 5pm). I received text and email confirming the same. No one showed up. No one called. Just before 5p the same day, I called and texted. They are unprofessional. You couldnt pay me to give them a chance.

      I made three phone calls and left messages. After two weeks, a lady called. She set up an appointment with for Thursday February 8 with a 4 hour window (12p - 4p. I received text and email confirming the same. No one showed up. No one called. Just before 5p the same day, I called and email. Friday February 9 was rescheduled for Monday February 12 (10a - 2p). Again no one showed up. No call. They are unprofessional. They lack communication skills. ********** uses their services. How sad.

      Oh my.....how I wish I would of seen these reviews prior to dealing with this company.They are just TERRIBLE!!! Like other comments say there is NO communication with this company. They don't ever answer their phones, they don't ever return phone calls. I paid $449.00 for shipping within the *********** and now they're asking me for $260.08 MORE. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY........................PERSONALLY THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.......WHY BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT A BUSINESS!!!!!

      No communication ever. The whole process took more than 8 months from signing of the contract to final inspection. They consistently lied about progress even when I had proof from the permit department and town. We almost got a violation because they did not post the permit upon installation. The installation crew left a mess in my yard and left out several key pieces for the panel shutters. Every time I reached out no one replied to me. I dont know how ********** could affiliate with such an unprofessional company. Overall, Im unsatisfied with the work, customer service, and communication. Stay away from this company if you want your job done in a timely and professional matter!

      They were recommended by a neighbor. Shutters were installed in a timely manner. All was good. BUT, when I need service because one shutter got stuck, I got NO response from them. In **********. I called and left messages numerous times. When I finally spoke to someone, and they were going to call back they didn't. Finally, office manager said they would contact me over the weekend to come out and fix, they didn't. **** disappointing and frustrating.

      The company does not communicate updates, I’ve had multiple emails/ messages ignored for 15 months. Original contract was signed in August of 2021. **** came out and measured for the impact door in November 2021. When the door arrived to be installed in October 2022 the door was the wrong dimensions. Instead of admitting his error, he blames my homes shape. I am not sure how he overlooked it when he came out to see it himself, and when I bring this up again he blames my home. I’ve never heard of a company who blames the home when they are hired for a service. As of December 2022 I do not have the door that was ordered in August 2021.
