Hello, I have been paying for a subscription for months and things were going well. I would be charged and then the package would arrive as promised. Until May when the package never came and then I was charged for June again it didn't arrive. I started requesting my account to be canceled and the "chat" says it will be approved within 24 hours. Again July did not come and I was charged reached out via Instagram and heard the same story. I have been asking for updates they view the message and do not respond I have since be charged for August and still have not heard back about my account being canceled no matter how many times I request it to be. I will be charged again on 9/1/24 with the assumption that I will not be getting a package. Others and myself leave comments trying to warn others of the scam but they just get deleted.Initial Complaint

We have been using this company for over 2 years and then all the sudden they stopped sending the products but continue to charge us. When we reach out to them they say they r having shipping issues and will send out right away but they don't. ***** received orders since march.Initial Complaint

This is my third year of having a subscription to this monthly "dog toy" service. I noticed that the quality of the toys was decreasing and had planned to cancel my subscription. My subscription was scheduled to renew in May 2024. However on March 25, 2024 I got an email notification that my annual subscription was renewed. I had not received any reminders about this and it as much, much earlier than expected. I decided to keep it. I received the scheduled toys in March and April, but no shipping confirmations at all. In May, June and July I was notified (as show my email) that my monthly order was in process, but never received shipping or delivery confirmations. I did contact the company to be told the following:We are sincerely sorry for the terrible customer experience you endured during our shipping/fulfillment difficulties. ??While reviewing your account I was able to see your packages in the order queue. However we are experiencing higher than average volume of customer support tickets. We will respond and ship your packages to you as soon as possible. We have not forgotten about you or your pups. ??A tracking number will allow you to get additional details from the courier service ****** website. I signed up for their $29.95 a month monthly dog toy subscription and I have not received anything from them since April. However I am still being charged. I have continued to try to cancel my account with them I have tried to remove my card on file and I get an automated email saying they received my message and still nothing except them continuing to charge my card.Initial Complaint

I have had a monthly subscription with REAGLE TECHNOLOGIES LLC DBA Unlimited Toy Club for many months. I started having issues at the end of June with multiple charges to my account and no tracking numbers for the dog toys. My subscription is about to renew July 31st and I haven't received any of the four orders listed in this complaint. In fact, on their website, it lists no tracking numbers for any of the four orders. Two of the orders have a 0.00 charge on them, but two of them were charged to my account in a matter of days. I would like a full refund and once I file this complaint, I will be cancelling my subscription with this company. I have reached out to them no less than 7 times during the month of July to get a resolution and to no avail.Initial Complaint

I have had a dog toy subscription with Unlimited Toy Club for months. At first everything seemed legit with the company. However after a while my bag with dog toys would come later and later with less quality toys inside of it. When June 2024 came I was charged for my toy bag but I never received it. I tried to go onto the online account to check shipping information but I am locked out of my account. I have tried resetting my password but it does not work. I sent the company an email to their customer support, they did NOT respond. I waited a few weeks to see if they could be running behind. Well now they also charged me for the month of July. I sent them another email. I still got no reply. On their website they do not have a phone number to contact them. A live chat on their website is the only option to get a hold of them. However I have tried to talk to them during their live hours and they are offline and still did NOT respond to my messages. It has been over a month on trying to contact them with no response. They have charged me for two months of toys and I have NOT received my purchase. Since it is a subscription it will keep charging me and taking the money out of my bank each month. They refuse to respond to refund my money. They refuse to let me into my account to even cancel the subscription. This is completely unacceptable. This company is clearly scamming me out of my money and refusing to respond to fix the issue. This issue needs to be fixed quickly before they charge me and take more of my money. I pay this business $29.95 a month to receive 3 dog toys per month. The last shipment I got was in April 2024. They continued to charge me for May, June and July while not delivering anything (while sending emails saying that they did and then not providing tracking numbers because order is confirmed but not sent yet). They will not return any of my communications nor act on any of my several requests to cancel my subscription. Further, they wont allow me to remove my credit card from my account.Initial Complaint

I signed up for the montly toy package. At first they were great and I received my package every month. However, I have not received any package since April 13th. I have not received an order for **** June, or July to my knowledge, could be longer. I have reached out many times to the company via email, since they do not have a phone number listed. My credit card has been charged each month and havent revived any of my boxes.
