    I have had payments taken out the last 2 months and have not received my monthly subscription. I have sent over 10 emails to customer service and they dont reply.

    Same as everyone else. First year was great. Now I haven't received any orders since July 2024 despite paying for an annual subscription. I have submitted two requests to cancel my plan and have gotten no response. Luckily my card on file expired in December so they won't be able to charge me again. I'm out over $200.

    This company continued to charge a monthly subscription while failing to send out the product. After multiple attempts to cancel my subscription they continued to charge. I was charged for 7 months of subscriptions without receiving any product.

    This was my second year with unlimited toy club, first year great got doggie toys every month . This year I have not received any toys since July 2024. I want either the products that are promised or my money back!!

    My experience is no different than the others I have read. I paid for a yearly subscription last November and everything was going well until April - I have not received any toys since that time. I have received emails apologizing for their substandard customer service but nothing. I received an email from what appears to be the owner, saying that they had next to nothing in inventory but there were toys that were already manufactured and ready to ship but they didn't have the funds to pay for them. They admitted to bad business decisions that lead to this problem but promised they were working on it and as soon as they get the money together to pay for shipment, they would be fulfilling orders and issuing refunds to everyone that requested. But they are trying to raise the money by charging customers' cards and not honoring their requests for cancellation which is only a "pause". I had changed payment to another card and glad I did. I had sent numerous requests for them to cancel my membership and heard nothing. I locked this card - my subscription was to be renewed the end of October. They tried charging my card at the beginning of October but it didn't go through - they immediately sent me an email requesting I charge my payment method - which I ignored. They tried about 3 times to charge the card but payment was blocked. I will probably never hear from them again which is fine by me. I'm sure if they ever got the money together for that shipment, I would not see anything. They delete negative posts from their social media and there is no way to get hold of them. I even went back to my bank on the original card I used and requested a merchant block. My bank refunded me some money but I'm still out about $100 - that could have gone to other uses. This company is a rip off and not an honorable one. I suspect they won't be in business very long and sorry they caused so much grief to so many people.

    I have attempted to cancel my subscription in September. I was charged for September, October, and November without ever receiving a package. I have attempted emailing with no response, I tried to changed my payment method five times, every time I am sent a dead link. I have sent messages through instagram with no response. I am owed $90 from this company, clearly they are stealing from people.

    ******** customer service. I have tried to cancel twice - no replies, nothing. I am getting charged monthly but receiving no product. I have sent countless emails and nothing. They are stealing money from their customers.

    This company is a rip-off. I have not received my membership toy In almost 4 or 5 months, and I have tried to email them to cancel my membership and it never gets canceled. This company is stealing people's money and not sending out the toys. Add to lock my card in now. Cancel it and get a new 9ne for them to stop charging my card.

    No packages, no refunds, no replies. I have sent countless emails. Cant get ahold of anyone. And I keep getting charged because you have to request to cancel.
