I filed a claim with them and received an email 3 months later stating that my claim was closed due to lack of corresponded in response to a resolution letter. I never received any such letter. The last email I had from them said that I was 158 in line to have my claim reviewed. They are out to scam people just like the moving companies they work with.

This company needs investigating! It is not a legitimate business! I received the wrong delivery from a different family. Provided proof of the order that was not mine by contacting this family. Sent in pictures of the boxes, receipts of their delivery, and wedding photos that were not mine, and they still did not compensate me for my lost items! This is a huge joke! This company works with Van **** Moving, M&R Moving and Storage, and Bright Star Moving Brokerage. All of them are foreign and don't speak good English. They don't provide last names or legitimate phone numbers. DO NOT USE THEM! I've reported this to the news and a law office to investigate.

We would like to clarify that no services have been provided to ****************** as of this time. She registered to file a claim on 09/16/24, but as of today, no claim has been filed for review by our adjuster. Our records indicate that we have offered all necessary support to help ****************** complete the filing process, but the actual claim has yet to be submitted.

Claims Service International (CSI) is a third-party claims company, not an insurance provider. We assess claims on behalf of movers to determine their legal liability for household goods claims. Its important to note that CSI is not responsible for the outcome or settlement of claims. Any liability related to ******************** dissatisfaction with the moving services, any loss, damage, delay, or payment of the claim settlement remains with the moving company. Since CSI is not part of the movers we have no knowledge of the occurrences of the move.

Last, before using our services, all customers agree, including ******************, to our terms and conditions, which clearly state that CSI cannot be held liable for any aspect of the claim or the move itself. These terms were accepted at the time of her registration, either online or in writing.

I have a simple question before my claim is resolved. For the past few days their web site is unreachable both with Safari and Chrome (HTTP ERROR 500 claims.csipros.org is currently unable to handle this request). Multiple emails have gone unanswered. When I tried their chat, I was told to call my claims rep. When I call the main number, they want me to choose a team, e.g. team flamingo. How would a customer know which team to choose from? Horrible customer service with a lack of ownership...

We want to express our sincere apology for the inconveniences you've experienced and thank you for your patience.

Regarding the issues you encountered on our website, we appreciate your understanding of the complexities involved in maintaining a seamless online platform. Our dedicated team of developers is constantly working to ensure the website's performance, but occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can lead to temporary disruptions. We have addressed the issues you mentioned, and the website is now functioning smoothly.

Upon reviewing your correspondence, it's clear that you made contact with our team both through email and chat. While our team responded to your emails, we acknowledge the delay in addressing your specific question before you chose to sign the release form. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused and will work to improve our response times in the future.

In the "Notice of Assigned Case Manager" sent to you after the posting of your claim, you were provided with information about the team responsible for your case. We understand that clear communication is crucial, and this issue will be escalated to management to determine if any other possible steps can be taken to make sure customers are not in doubt about their assigned team.

Regarding our chat service, chat agents are required to direct customers to email their adjuster for specific questions about the analysis of their claim. The adjusters handle the intricate details of each case and communicate exclusively via email only (no phone calls) to ensure a fair and neutral evaluation. This protocol helps maintain objectivity in their decision-making process.

Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.

The process took entirely too long, and the compensation they offer is laughable. I am in total agreement with the other reviewers, this company is a ****!!!

We apologize for any inconvenience the customer may have experienced since they were less than satisfied with our services.

CSI's Role: Claims Service International (CSI) is not an insurance company and the customers claim filed is not an insurance claim. CSI is a 3rd party claims company hired by movers nationwide to determine the movers legal liability for household goods claims. Any liability for loss, damage, delay, payment of the claim, and any/all portions of the move or the claim are solely those of the carrier including the payment of claim settlements.

We use the paperwork provided by the customer and the carrier as proof and a guideline of what was agreed upon by both parties. It is imperative that the customers read the fine print in the contract, and estimates to ensure that they are well knowledgeable of what is expected of them and the liability of the carriers during and after the move.

We regret the customer felt the need to post this review and trust they are now able to better understand our position in this matter.

I'm glad I read these reviews before wasting my time opening a claim with these **** artists. I was just about to open a claim nd saw this site in my google list. I did contact the company prior to this and they were hard to get a hold of and didn't offer much in the way of direction. I delayed opening the claim for a month while I went back and forth wondering if it was worth my time to file a claim or take it on the chin as a lesson learned. Reading these reviews I got my answer. I'm not going to waste my time.
One tip I can offer is to hire a reputable moving company !!!

Per federal regulations, the carrier must offer two levels of liability, The Full Value (Replacement) Protection covers the full replacement of an article or the repairs of it, whichever is lower. The 60 Cents option is the basic liability coverage which is based on the weight of an article (regardless of its value) and is provided free of charge, Our goal is to analyze each claim as accurately as we can under the regulations and shipping documents that govern your move, unfortunately, no compensation can be offered by the carrier for lost or damaged items unless a proper claim is filed in writing, you may contact us for further assistance ###-###-#### or online at ****************** and we will gladly assist you with any questions that you may have.

What we are seeing here is a scam with CSI Pros and ****************** Services or other moving companies. Are there other out there who would be willing to create a Class Action Lawsuit against this company as well as their hired moving company. This scam will continue until they are brought to justice.

They have been extremely difficult to get a hold of and have not held up their end of statements made. For example, we were unable to get a legible Bill of Lading from the moving company because we only have the carbon copy that no amount of color correction makes legible. I was told this wouldn't be a problem, they would be able to get it. Now my claim has been denied twice because I didn't provide the proper documentation, aka **** of Lading. Part of the reason I came to CSI in the first place was because I was unable to get a hold of our moving company even when they held our items, let alone after they were delivered. I have emailed three times, left voicemails, and tried reaching out through their "live chat" multiple times only to be told someone would reach out and then not hear from anyone. I have been less than impressed with every single piece of hiring movers, including trying to get compensation for damaged items. Going through CSI is not worth the hours it takes to collect documentation, establish reasoning for your claim, etc.

I have been dealing with this company regarding a claim submitted 9 months ago. They have sent me 2 settlement offers for a fraction of the value of each item and repeatedly add a $250 deductible. I have called on numerous occasions to try to rectify this error only to be rudely addressed by a representative who stated that she was the only one I was able to speak with regarding claim. I even did my due diligence and reached out to the moving company to provide the documentation they have on file confirming that I paid the upfront fee for a zero dollar deductible coverage. The moving company obliged and forwarded the supporting documentation to CSI only for the rep on my case to call and say that the moving company stated that I did not pay for a zero deductible. I immediately called the moving company and was told that the total opposite. Once again they confirmed that I paid the appropriate fee and should not pay any deductible. The agreed to upload the documentation directly to the CSI portal and email a copy to me as well. When I called CSI to relay the message, I asked the rep if she would notify the claims adjuster to be on alert for the documents, she told me "I will see what I can do." I asked what that entailed, a call, IM or email to the adjuster, she responded, "sure."I am concerned because the settlement letter that if I do not respond to the offer within 30 days, it would be considered that I am no longer interested. I asked the rep if my phone calls and emails are considered a response and she stated that the cut off is automated and they have no control over it, so the 30 day countdown cannot be stopped even though I am responding. This company is ripping people off left and right and should be investigated. I refused to use that same moving company for my most recent moving needs because of they are associated with CSI. I am preparing to seek legal counsel if the matter is not addressed and rectified.
