If zero stars is possible thats what Im giving. Imagine falling in love with your home and out of nowhere being told your lease will not be renewed and you have 2months to finds somewhere in the holiday season!! I went to the office to find out what happened we are unproblematic tenants, rent paid on time every month without fail only to be told the decision came from corporate (who by the way, does not have any contact information and cannot be contacted by anyone) and it is final, no reason given. Oh and the property manager can never be spoken with, she is never available to speak with tenants. On top of that come to find out there is a leak in the roof, they made a huge hole in one of our closets and left a humidifier and portable air running on MY ELECTRICITY for now at this very moment 4 consecutive days!! I am really disappointed in the property managers and their Corporate entity. No empathy or thought is given by these people.

This is a horrible apartment complex is a total scam. Communication with this company is a total joke, no one answers the phone. You pay $150 application fee and then all of a sudden (30 mins later) the apartment is no longer available. Even if you hold a 740 credit score they go off DTI as if you are buying a house and they don't tell you this before running your credit. Got an email stating my rent was due but I don't live there and called to follow up and see why I got the email and some form of proof that I am removed out the system and they said no. Asked for corporates number and was told "we don't have their number". So yo mean to tell me you work in the leasing office and don't communicate with your corporates office. Hung up the phone and **** called me back. Hung up again and he sends me an email. I sent an email back asking them to stop all communication with me or I will be forced to contact my lawyer since they are harassing me and they have sent back two "have a nice day" and "enjoy your holiday" emails since.. What type of company goes back and forth and calls my phone after I hung up? Very professional The Grove at Turtle Run.

I would like to express my disappointment due to the unsatisfactory level of service I received as a result of my visit toThe Grove At Turtle Run is located in *************, *******, on February 03, 2023.I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I cant help but submit this letter of complaint, hoping for a fast and adequate resolution in hopes that no one will ever have to be treated in such a distasteful manner. Sadly, I could not obtain the two young ladies' names that I spoke to briefly due to the visit ending abruptly and not to note minimal communication.I inquired about the current availability and was informed immediately that there are no avavaibitles until May 2023. Then I asked when I could see the property. I was told I would need an appointment to tour the site and was given an appointment for February 10, 2023. As previously mentioned above, due to my abrupt departure, I decided to go online and submit an application. Surprisingly, I received a call from Turtle Run approximately two hours later stating they received my application online and that they would like to schedule an appointment for Feb 5, 2023. I was in total disbelief as the in-person and phone interactions were seemingly the opposite. I addressed my concerns right then and there. I have informed the reason I was contacted was due to another applicant's application falling through five minutes ago. She further advised she ran my credit and there is a unit available next week. Could you imagine how this made me feel? I was there a couple of hours earlier and was denied the opportunity to make a fair presentation as a potential resident. I truly feel as if this was a form of discrimination. I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion.I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.
