  I really appreciated ********************************* with IContainers follow-up and persistence while working with the shipping line and myself. It's not very often you come across someone who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that all parties are informed. She was also diligently working behind the scene to get multiple containers released at the port. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

  I have been involved with logistics for over 20 years and have been using IContainers for our imports the past couple of years. I have never had another company stay on top of my shipments as well as they do. Laura and Jose keep me informed on the status of our shipments and I cannot recall a time that I have had to follow up with them. I highly recommend using them.

  As an aerospace exporting company, we have always been able to figure out shipping solutions for our customers. For the very first time, we experienced a situation where we had to import bulk material. Being savvy with exporting, importing was somewhat of a different world to us, so we were lost in a sense. Thanks to the help of *******, *******, and *****, importing bulk material, a task that is very difficult became a ***************** process. They were able to apply their importing skills to make this an amazing experience for myself and our company. I really appreciate the efforts and professionalism displayed by this team. Once again, thank you for all of your hard work and efforts.

  I have used iContainers for two door to door oceanic shipments from ***** to ************, and am very satisfied with both their rates and service. They will keep you informed throughout the shipment, allowing you to deal with issues, especially with customs, before they are costly and cause delay. ***** and ********* took very good care of us. We highly recommend them.

  I thought shipping from ***** to the ** would be easier than the other way around, but I bumped into some hurdles with the required packing list (Spanish shipper should have notified me of the specific requirements...). But then here comes i *********************** Import Specialist with IContainers(USA)Inc. and she was of a huge help. She went beyond her working hours to make sure everything was fine with the Amazon Customs broker, and made sure communications with the delivery truck were perfect using pictures, video, G maps etc. She was a delight to work with!

  iContainer shipped my household goods from *************** to *******. I rate their job performance as EXCELLENT and their work as a five-star operation ?????. Their pricing for my shipment was reasonable and lower than many of their competitors. From my initial request for information until delivery at my new home in *******, all of my communications with iContainer were very professional and quickly replied to by phone or email. iContainer arranged for the container to arrive at my house in ***************. It arrived on time. After it was loaded, the container was sealed and delivered to the port of departure in less than 3 days. They arranged all needed paperwork with ********** Customs. Then the container was put on a ship. A month later, the container arrived at ******* port of arrival. Once again iContainer took care of all the paperwork. I needed to provide them some documents US Customs wanted but other than that, they took care of everything. iContainer then arrange for a truck to deliver the container to my new home in *******. The container arrived, the seal cut off, doors opened and ALL of my stuff was inside. I had expected some pilferage because most of my friends who shipped household goods from the ** had some of their property stolen. This did not happen to me because iContainer made sure my stuff was on a ship too fast for anyone to break into the container. Three employees provided me great serviced: **** ******* did all of the initial work getting me into the iContainer computers and system. ************************* sent me emails letting me know what was happening. My highest praise is for **** de los ****. He sent me over 100 emails answering my many question, keeping me informed as to the status of my shipment, coordinating with the iContainer billing section for my payment to them, working customs issues and finally getting a trucker to move my stuff from the port of entry to my house. My experience with iContainers was GREAT.
