    Honest, honest, 100% review from **************, cant recommend this company enough, always responding with great feedback and great customer service, any requests for help they are always there for us, 3 years working with them, and will continue to do so.     This is nothing but a scam after paying over $6000 for a truck insurance policy that I couldn't use for a month and a half because the person who fill out the paperwork had no idea what she was doing! I lost over 30k because every broker turn me down for not having the right insurance! They send me a check for $3000 wich was a bad check and they said I should consider myself lucky because usually you don't get any money back I recommend you do your research before you sing up for their service because you will lose thousands!

    Dear sirs,

    This client is claiming that we are a scam but we are not - we are a reputable insurance agency that sells all kinds of insurance including truckers' insurance, which was what was sold to this client at the end of last year. A few days after getting a policy from us, the client was not satisfied with our services because he claims that we submitted the wrong paperwork (certificate of insurance).....our truckers division manager, *************************, was in continuous communication with him but he was still not satisfied so he decided to cancel the policy with us.  Our manager explained to him that we could cancel it without a problem but that he would incur in at least 25% of the earned premium, meaning , he would not be refunded 100% of the premium he paid because the insurance company had that clause in the policy contract.  Once the policy was cancelled, the finance company issued a check with the partial amount of the refund but he claimed that he never received it - in later communication directly with the finance company, he agreed to have the check voided  and apply the refunded amount to another existing policy he had financed with them that had an open balance (I have an email from the finance company confirming the conversation with the client where he approves this transaction).  This is all it was so I am not sure why he is claiming that he received a bad check or that we said "he was lucky to receive $3000 because usually you don't get any money back"....this is a false statement...we did not say that....we don't treat any our clients that way ....and we don't keep any money from clients.

     

    I am very sorry that we had this incident but the one thing that I want to leave clear is that we are not a scam.....we have great relationships with our clients (we have over **** clients) and we have not had any issues like this one before.

     

    Please let me know if there is anything else I need to address this complaint.
