    ***************************** sold me a commercial insurance policy which she asked for $4,232.00 which only $2,432.00 was used for the policy and the other $1,800 she pocketed for herself. Which i only found out when i cancelled the policy thru progressive and they told me that i had requested the policy myself which i never did. ********* used my info to get quote thru progressive online tools and fraudulently acquired the policy in order to keep the other part of the money. The first $2,432.00 was charged to my card on sept 22, 2023. The other amount she asked to be sent thru zelle to ***************************** at ********** which was done on sept 26 for $700, sept 29 for $1,000 and sept 30 for $100.

    Dear sirs,

    We have received the attached complaint and we'd like to respond as follows:

    ******************************* had already contacted our agency in previous days filing the same complaint he filed with you. When we spoke to him we told him that the people he was claiming to have worked with in this case - ******************************* or ***************************** - were not employees of our agency and that we had nothing to do with his case. We still told him that we were going to look into this matter because we thought it was a very serious claim since someone was using our agency name to do business on our behalf. We tried calling the phone number that was included in the claim but we were not able to reach anybody.   We tried a few several times with no luck.  We got back to ****************** again and told him, again, that these people were not our employees and that we could not help him solve his problem since we had nothing to do with it.  

     

    We were surprised to get this complaint from you so we decided to contact ****************** to see why he had filed this complaint against us if we had already told him that these people did not work for us, nor we knew who they were to which he proceeded to reply that an attorney had advised him to file this complaint against us, the only known company name he had, to see if we could help solve his problem because he had nobody else to go after.

     

    At this point, we don't understand why he is still coming after us - I want to be very clear and reiterate that we don't know who these people are and they have never been part of our agency - we are small family insurance agency and have very tight control of our operations and personnel.  We have been in business for more than 14 years and have great relationships with our clients - references are available upon request.  

    Based on this, I'd like to request that our name be removed from this claim as we have nothing to do with it.  We take pride in our reputation and we don't want a false claim to smear it.  I make myself available to answer any other questions you might have in order to close this issue.
