Priority One Clearing Services, Inc. is a processing center for magazine publishers. To explain how this works, a company (not Priority One) sells or generates a customer's order for a magazine subscription. That order is forwarded to Priority One, which processes that customer's information. Priority One then forwards the customer's subscription order to the magazine publisher.
Priority One is not a business that sells or generates new customer magazine orders. According to the business, customers are given Priority One's name by the customer service department of the magazine in order to better assist with their questions. If you contact Priority One prior to filing your complaint, you will be provided the contact information needed in order for you to make contact with the company that started your subscription.

I received a *************** in the mail and when I contacted the Forbes customer service the women said that I can not cancel my services because I was signed up for my subscription by priority one clearing company. Unauthorized opening of a Good Housekeeping account in my name by ********************. I NEVER asked for an account. I have never heard of Priority One Clearing Services, LLC. I was simply browsing the internet and found a book offered by Good Housekeeping. I have no idea how Priority One was involved in "seeing" that I was just looking at this book! I did not even buy it or request a subscription to Good Housekeeping!!!! We process the data provided to us by others and send it to the publisher. This order to (Good Housekeeping) has expired. The order was sent to us on 01/28/2016 and expired 02/01/2017 from (SubscriptionAgency.com). I have also contacted Good Housekeeping to make sure that there were no other orders on file and they also stated that this account expired in February 2017.

Ive been receiving magazines I never ordered! When I tried to contact GQ they said I had to cancel from this third party company. This is not okay, I do not want any magazine and I shouldnt be forced to contact a third party company to get it canceled when I never ordered it, seems very suspicious to me. This company has ordered a GQ subscription to my house address in my fathers name. No one from my house hold or my father ever ordered this magazine. Since my father died two years ago at the age of 75.there is no way he ordered this magazine this year, and he would never order this magazine. I contacted GQ and they are postponing the magazine, but said I had to cancel with the company that ordered it. I sent the priority one a request to cancel. I do not have time to email and get on websites to cancel items that I nor any family member never ordered in the first place. This company needs to cancel the subscription in my dads name and to my address, and they take on full cost of the product that they ordered.
