A transaction occurred on the 1st day of July, 2023 for $13.74. I didnt think anything of it. Then on the 7th day of July, 2023 two additional separate transactions occurred. This time one for $138.13 & the other for $137.42. Finally, on the 22nd day of July, 2023 two more transactions occurred, this time one in the amount of $112.65 & the other in the amount of $114.79. I have received a few packages from this merchant, therefore I have been able to locate a telephone number in order to contact said merchant, but they refuse to reverse any of these transactions. The products are unopened and I have requested for them to allow me to return them seeing as how I do not want their products, and they refused this request as well. I also asked them to stop sending me a thing after the first package (out of three in total) arrived, and of course said it was already in my mail box and refused to not send out the third to follow. They have taken in total just over $500 out of my account without my agreement. The only thing this company has verbally agreed to is to stop sending any more of their product to me.Initial Complaint

Did not order anything. I keep getting packages and charges on my account. I've tried to email without a response or a direct person to talk to. There is no bill of sale (receipt) or anything in these packages. I want the packages to stop and all the multiple charges returned to me.Business Response

At this time, he has already filed a dispute with his bank so we are unable to refund as the funds have already been debited from us. I am rejecting this response because:All of the charges that were returned to me cause I disputed the charges thru my bank. Now they have been reversed. So, this is not resolved anymore. They are ridiculous with all the banking issues they have cause me. I don't know what the next steps that I need to take to resolve this issue correctly, and finally.

Package comes with no paperwork with further instructions or contact information. I am willing to send it back completely including the previous shipment. I just received a package from this Nutraition company and didn't order anything. There is no contact information, bill of sale or anything. It's a small Bluetooth device to find lost items. I am watching my account and have not yet seen a charge, however after reading other complaints I'm very concerned. Don't know how they even got my information to send me anything. I did not order any of the stuff that they sent me, nor all the charges on my credit card. This package just came through the mail and I opened it. Nothing that I would want nor did I order. It was a watch and ear buds. Neither is anything that I would ever want and DID NOT ORDER. I quickly checked my credit card and someone had charged four different charges on it that I did not charge. Everything charged in **********.....I live in ******** and did not charge nor want any of these items. Had to cancel my Credit Card so no more charges could be made. What a scam!!
